Hey! Don’t be scared! Just do whatever your body is comfortable with! Six days is incredible and you’re almost to what I would consider to be the best and easiest part of fasting. If you feel good and healthy keep going, if not, do a healthy refeed and keep practicing short fasts until you’re comfortable tackling the big one! It’s all up to you and your body. Just be nice to yourself no matter what.

Last year I completed a fast for the entire month of March and guess what… WE’RE DOIN IT AGAIN! Feel free to post here as much as you want if it will help you stay accountable. My only rules are:

Thanks for the simple reminders. I was starting to get a little anxious. I’m done with my six days. I’ll eat Keto for a few days then jump on the March Madness Bus and take it easy.

You can do anything that keeps you motivated! It doesn’t have to be the same as everyone else as long as it works for you!
It’s okay!! It’s never too late to start wherever you are. I’m going to challenge you to change your self talk, it’s super important to speak kindly to yourself while you’re doing this. Instead of saying “I messed up” try “I’m doing it differently this time” or “I had to adjust”. Maybe this sounds crazy, but I am telling you, the way you speak to yourself and your mental state make up a HUGE portion of what will make you successful! I used to speak negatively of myself too and the moment I started correcting it I started being able to do the things I set out to do. You got this. And remember, you can start any time, it’s never too late. Don’t give up on yourself just because you feel like it’s not “day 1” anymore.
