Modest energy through out the day, mild stomach discomfort, bloating
Actually surprised that the scale moved at all. I feel a little puffy. My ring is tighter and I just have an overall bloated feeling. These things don’t worry me so much. It all seems to work our in the end.
My goal for this fast is to reset my food desires and prove to myself that I can. My plan is to go keto OMAD/20/4 for the following 21 days (which neatly ends on June 30th) to see where my body’s new set weight is. I like to eat a mini meal of avocado/egg, then a meal 3 1/2 hours later.
I might try a 7 day rotation for July. My son’s college “graduation” is Aug. 2nd and I want to look good! So many pictures to be taken.
