SW 275 12/29/2019
CW 230.8 (my lowest was 226 after my last EF)
GW ?? 145 maybe (I think I was 12 the last time I weighed that so…)
I am 52, female, post menopausal, yo-yoed from obese to morbidly obese all of my adult life.
Was Pre-Diabetic, Pre-Hypertension. My BG and BP are now in the normal ranges, just waiting until my physical to confirm what I know.
I have not been on any medications.

Foot pain(plantar fasciitis, neuropathy) left in my first EF, still have some numbness.
