IMHO, if you end your fast on the 1st that gives you a complete 2 weeks. An impressive achievement for a first time. Myself I started with a 4-day. My suggestion is on the 1st & 2nd you stay on bone broth and soups. The 3rd you can have more substantial meals. You should be fine on the 4th. You may need to take a few minutes longer break between clients though as your body switches back to running on glucose.
Remember it takes 3 days to go from glucose to ketosis. Its about the same time in reverse. Since the rule of thumb on a refeed is half the length of the fast you can then switch to an IF or ADF format with low-carb. Personally I donāt do keto as the diversity of our gut bacteria requires a wide variety of carbs to stay healthy.
