Hi fasters!
I’ve been doing alternate day fasting, but I’m not really loosing weight; well not as quickly as I would like. So I decided to also go for a prolonged fast starting now. My scale and the mirror say that I am too heavy for my height… I’m in Europe, by the way, and it’s evening now. So I’ll check the scale tomorrow to see my starting weight.
Very motivating to see your process here! I can’t wait to step on the scale the day after tomorrow! Hahaaa
