Did not have a good start to day 4 and it is now 5pm here and i feel worse than i did this morning. I have kept myself relatively busy, even went for a coffee this afternoon with my partner to get out of the house. I have decided I will be going for another 1-2 hours today and will be stopping for 2 days. Reconvene again Tuesday.
Coming straight back into a long fast after the abuse/punishment i have given my body over the past 6 weeks or so is not sitting well with me. 92 hours is a good fast and i am happy that i have done as much as i have.
I have gone down 4.5 kg and i am at 1.7 mmol/L heavy ketosis in this time and with controlled OMAD for the next 2 days i believe that my health will continue to return back to where it should as i continue my journey over the coming year.

So the nausea continued throughout the night and around 3 am I ended up vomiting some yellow bile stuff which totally freaked me out. Today, so far, no major nausea feeling but extremely weak so been in bed taking it easy.

I read that when the bile ends up sitting in the stomach, it caused nausea, and if the stomach doesn’t push it down, it gets rid of it via vomit.

Yes, youve done well, buddy. Just hope back on when you’re ready. You’ve already reaped huge benefits from the fast you’ve undertaken

It can be very difficult feeling so nauseous! :tired_face:I’ve had several similar experiences, and even if it’s not dangerous on its own, make sure to stay hydrated and get your salt in (since you eliminate a lot of that together with the bile). In my experience, vomiting and extreme nausea ended when I started to add minerals to my water when I fasted! The only time I’ve vomited since then was on the last day of my 30 day fast!
I really hope you’ll be feeling better from now on! Take care! :droplet::droplet:

Good adjustment. Stay flexible and keep your eye on the ultimate prize. I’ve known of two members in the past that made adjustments due to changing circumstances. One came back already and is making progress.

Look forward to your return.

It seems to be ok now. It said something like a max of 21 posts a day yesterday. If it happens again I will screen shot it. Thanks

@dks_toys. The number of daily posts you are allowed increases as you spend more time on the forum. You are at the BASIC level where there are limits on posts, likes, etc. The next level is MEMBER.

Oh I see. Thanks for letting me know. Not very tech savy wouldn’t even have a clue how to screen shot like Yasemin had asked me to lol.
