Let’s go :muscle:

I am still surprised that I have been this consistent. I now have more faith that this year I will hit my goal weight.

Did you have any loose skin when you lost 100 pounds?

Surprisingly no. Only my arms were a bit flabby.

Towards the end, I strictly did Pure water fasts, no tea or coffee. I was trying to maximize the autophagy as I had learned it helps with loose skin.

But I also think my age played a role . I was I think 24/25. Now 29 I don’t think results will be the same

Also, I started at a lower weight back then, 240s :expressionless:

That’s was good for you. Perhaps we can add dumbell arm work out a few times a week, just whenever you feel up to it to fight back. I use a vibration plate which is new thing for me. Suppose to help with toning as well. X

Also, how much do you want to lose altogether? I think for me 120ish.

That’s a good idea. My arms need a lot of work. Never had toned arms :pensive:

I will buy some dumbbells next week and check out simple youtube arm workout that I can be doing. Not sure about the weights, maybe I can start with 10kg each.

You are much better :joy: For me I need to lose around 140ish. So this time I might get some loose skin.

However, better have some loose skin than being obese. I can minimize it with weight training after the fasting journey :muscle:

You will need to start with a lower weight dumbell. You could get a set of 3 different weight that way you can raise the weight as you get better. Also, if you can manage it look into the benefits of a vibrating plate.

I am really short, so the weight is too much, and someone taller with more weight looks a lot slimmer than me.

Good idea about the weights. I have never had about vibrating plates actually. Will have to research.

Yeah, height does affect weight distribution. How tall are you?

I’m quite tall, 5’8"

About 5 foot or just an inch less .

Vibration plates is also excellent for lymphatic drainage, and so is using a rebounder. I have both and a sauna blanket. Vibration plate is the cheapest. Weight world Vibration plate is on amazon for less than £100 at the moment. Let me know what you decide. Research. :muscle:t5::pray:t4:
