Starting Another Fasting Thread (Rolling Fasts)

The day after refeed is always the hardest for me :pensive:

I tried chamomile tea and it’s pretty great. We keep pushing :muscle:

Yes It can be the hardest. Whenever I refeed and I have lots and lots of protein, I can feel the difference, less hunger. Try that on your refeed and see how it helps. All teas are welcome, let’s keep it interesting for our taste buds. :joy:

I love carbs as well but I generally have it as a treat now, and while fasting I have learnt the hard way to leave it alone during refeeds. :rofl::upside_down_face:

Day 3 ongoing.

I had some vivid dreams of me eating. Woke up thinking I broke my fast :upside_down_face:
I remember having same dreams while fasting back then. Really weird.

Since you have had dream food, you should be fine till your refeed :rofl:

So I have been checking the calendar and can see that we have 2 more 4 days rolling fast after this one, so I am thinking Sunday the 2nd of february, all day refeed and start fasting after dinner or whatever time suits you, so from Monday the 3rd of February we fast til Saturday and refeed every Sunday perhaps from Saturday night til Sunday night. What do you think? I just need to mentally prepare.

Day 4, I have seasoned some chicken, fish and tofu in the fridge ready for my feast later in the evening.

Right. Back then this is how I would do it, I would start fasting on Monday after breakfast until Sunday. Then the whole Sunday was the refeed day until Monday breakfast.

My timer will start after breakfast.

How does that sound to you?

But this also sounds good. Refeed from Saturday night till Sunday night.

I can have a very light dinner (am always scared of refeeding at night in case my stomach reacts :grin:)
