Not even coffee/tea is helping. The cravings are crazy. I don’t trust I won’t give in.
Oh dear! Try to stay busy until the hunger phase passes. Have you considered adding salt to your water or apple cider vinegar? If you need to start over, focus on eating plenty of protein. Remember, nothing dramatic will happen if you don’t eat—at least that’s what I tell myself. Another idea is to treat this fast as a cleanse. You could take a teaspoon of psyllium husk in half a glass of water, and then drink a full glass of water afterwards to wash it down. This will help clean your colon, as the psyllium swells in your stomach. Alternatively, you could use chia seeds instead.

I won’t count this as breaking the fast. I am glad I didn’t go all in and binge.
Nothing dramatic will happen if I don’t eat!! This is amazing.

Feeling a bit hungry but I will make it. Drinking teas and feeling okay. I will check in later. We have got this.

Still going strong. I was so busy that I didn’t even notice I was fasting. That was the easiest day so far
For now am avoiding the scale. I want to focus on building the fasting muscle first, then will start tracking weight loss later. Also I don’t want slow weight loss to demotivate me.
That’s great news! We are both doing great and building our fasting muscle . Do you think we should keep doing 4 days rolling fast in February? I ask because I don’t want to put too much pressure on us whilst we are still getting used to this. I will check in later.
I don’t know if am being too ambitious but I would love to start 6-day fasts 1 day refeed on February
We could take it one day at a time. If we feel 6 days is still too difficult, we can go back to 4 days rolling fasts for another one month.

You should be able to backdate the time or just make a note because refeed is Friday. Xx
I think I will leave like that. I don’t like refeeding late at night and that’s where it will fall if I adjust.
