Day 6 ongoing!!
Excellent news! We can use this as a tool this year and there are different options of healthy fatty protein we can have. Different kinds of fish you have whichever you like, eggs, bone broth. I came across a recipe of blending 2 cans of drained tuna in a blender with 2 eggs, and a teaspoon of baking soda then pour in a baking tray and air fry or oven, it is like bread, you can google it. If I can find it I will send you a link. And then you can fill it with another fatty fish.

Well, this looks like something I would try 
I tried it and it was actually okay for me and I will be making it again and again. Some people add only bagel seasoning.
Day 1 of sardine, mackerel, eggs and bone broth fast. 
Day 1 of egg/broth fast. I will decide what to add later.
Day 2,
For day 1, I made the tuna, eggs and baking powder bagel in the oven using 3 eggs and 2 tins of tuna, I had half of that with 2 cans of sardines and put the rest in the fridge, I found it very filling and tasty. Let’s go!
Day 2 ongoing. Yesterday I had broth throughout. Today I’m having air-fried salmon.

This has been quite easy.

But good thing is we focused on the right foods, so it might not be too hard
