I started again. I messed up and ate. The cravings got the best of me
Here goes the first day all over again. The pain of the regrets once you mess up. It’s just better to stay disciplined no matter what.
I am so disappointed in myself.
Hey, don’t worry about it. It happens and because we have quite lot of weight to lose it will most likely happen again. I have been through that over and over, as long as we keep going that’s all that matters. You should be proud you have not given up! If you ever get too hungry it’s best to do low carb to prevent further cravings. Take care.
Day again for me as well. Had a rough evening so I decided to try and balance my hormones

I will do my best to fast til the evening of the 9th or the 10th, or I can split that into 2 fasts, after I am away for a funeral and can start fasting again from the Monday the 16th til the 24th.
We can do this and get weight off next year.

You are right about low carb.
We can do it for sure. The good thing is not to give up no matter how many times we fall.

Feeling the hunger but I have to keep going.
My brother is coming to town tomorrow and wants us to meet for dinner.
I will probably have one meal tomorrow and start again on Monday.
We are in this long term so these will things happen.
I restarted my fast and will complete with a 2 day fast then I have to prepare for going away for the funeral. I will stay in touch while away and check in. Keep going. We will do better from January onwards.

Here I go again
The closer we get to the holidays the harder it gets to fast. The good thing is I’m not gaining weight just maintaining.
Starting Weight: 277 lbs
That’s good for December. Do what you can for now. We are going to succeed this battle. And if we are careful we won’t put on much weight over Christmas. I will join you next week.
