Day :two: is here,

Focused and determined, even through the exhaustion.
Weight is 215lb or 97.5kg I expected it to be a few pounds less but never mind. There is a lot of water weight, so that should hopefully come off easily💪🏾.
We can do it @Mandy. This is it, 5 weeks to go before the wedding I need to attend🙏🏽

Day 3
Day 2 went well. It feels so good during a long fast.I love being in fasted state.

struggling with hunger but I can do it. Few more days to go, I will lose all the hunger and cravings.

Yes, you can do it. The hunger is bad I agree but it’s on and off. Try and get an early night :sleeping:. Take your electrolytes :pray:t4:.

Thanks dear! Yes took electrolytes first thing in the morning. Will have a super busy day so that theres no time to think about hunger

Day 6
Still going strong. Yes, hunger is on and off. If you control when you feel hungry, rest becomes easier.
I’m not feeling hungry anymore. My mind is at ease, Im able to focus better- sleep better. Finally feels like a Fast.
Have a good refeed on sunday! I will try to continue the fast.
