Thanks, @Mandy, I will continue this rhythm, 21 days might be too long for my health at the moment but I will keep going. Your encouragement helps a lot.

You have done amazingly yourself. I believe you break your fast on the 27th, if you are only having bone broth you will still be in a fasted state. So your fast will not break until you have something more. Enjoy :pray:t5:

I have struggled with my weight in last 10 years. Only once , 2 years back, I managed to do a 15 day fast. Was never able to do a long fast after that.
What really moved me was one post by Yasmine where she said that You can have as many Day One’s as you want. You don’t lose as long as you keep trying. The attempt matters. Earlier I have always been discouraged when I failed to pull to the number of days I decided earlier.

This time, theres no fear of failure. The only fear is if I stop trying.

I meditate a lot. Lots of self love, I have piled up around 70 books to complete during the fast. It really keeps me occupied and I’m learning so much every single day. Without all that Fasting is difficult. My mind needs to be occupied because I’m a big foodie. If I dont give food for mind, it starts thinking about the real food.hehe

You are correct. Whatever you are comfortable with. 10 days circles will be good. You can increase /decrease when you feel like it. Thats the best part of water fast. Its flexible !

I will be taking only bone broth and probiotic today. Tomorrow will add boiled eggs and chicken and salad may be.

Sounds like a good plan for your refeed, and I think 10 cycles is also great. We see a lot of positives with our weight loss in 2022 let’s go!!!:muscle:t5:

Day :three:

I am so grateful to be on day 3, day 2 has been the hardest :laughing:. The hunger has been horrible so hopefully, today is better. Applying faith.:pray:t4::pray:t4:

I completed day 3 and had a refeed I will start another 3 day fast tomorrow evening taking me to new year’s day evening.

Day 1 has not been too bad, day 2 and 3 is normally more challenging, here is to staying for the duration of the fast. :pray:t4:

Had a refeed, I will be doing a Daniel fast with other Christians for a week from the 3rd of Jan til the 9th, after 3 or 4 days low carb, I will start water fasting again. I will set the exact date nearer the time.

I have found myself eating one meal every other day, not what I planned but lost a few pounds so not too bad. I will have a meal tomorrow which is Sunday at night and attempt to do at least 7day of water fast to take me to the end of January and hopefully aim for a 10 day or more water fast.

I think I will do better with a buddy.
@Mandy how are you getting on? You have been doing nicely with your fasts. Are you interested in a buddy? No pressure if you are not. I will check-in after my last meal. :pray:t4::pray:t4:

I was on a break last two days. I want to start over again and been trying to find motivation to go that long without eating. We can be buddies :smiley:
I will also have a meal sunday night (mostly OMAD or 2 MAD) and start fasting. I used to love the feeling of being in fasted state. I wish there were no cravings at all.
