I had terrible headache and nausea this morning. Went to sleep again. Starting off again after a long gap is difficult but feeling good right now. We can do this
Yes, we can. I also had nausea a few hours back, I don’t normally have that until a few days after fasting. Take it easy and slow and we will both get there

Day 2 was a bit hard with hunger and nausea, but I pulled through💪🏾.
Hoping and trusting day 3 is manageable too.

Feeling nauseous on and off but still going strong, hunger is not too bad at the moment.

I still feel nauseous, if I decide to refeed, it needs to be keto, otherwise, it will be worse for me. We will get there

I actually only remembered about NAC today, I don’t think I have taken it for around a week or more. Having an omelette.
Do you fancy doing say rolling 96’s this month, or next. We can try something like that, I am open to suggestions, as long as it’s just a 2 to 4 hours refeed and back on. Let me know

It’s fasting for 96 hours or 4 days, then eating and starting again. Like the guy in finally fasting. So keep it going, we can choose how many days or hours and just keep it rolling.

Yes that’s a great idea. We can do 4 days fast and a meal. Once we get used to it, we can increase the fasting days.

Sounds good, so refeed is Sunday dinner if you agree. We can start again Sunday after dinner, then next Thursday is refeed etc
When we feel comfortable we can do 5 days and so on. I think this is a good plan. Glad you are on board. I’m staying positive.
