i will still be having ginger tea to help with my cycle and Electrolyte water also.

So far hunger seems at bay, but I know sometimes it comes on suddenly and strongly. I am ready I will check-in on day 3.

Yes, I agree it was a long break for me as well. Do your best, if we fall, we fall forward and get back on.
Day again for me, I had to start again, taking it day by day. I will do my best for April but I do have dates when I will only be doing omad. May will be much better for longer fasts, but I don’t want this month to go to waste and go off the rails, so doing what I can. Lots to achieve this year and I believe I can achieve my goals.

I will be egg only diet from tomorrow. I will be doing it for a week and then start water fast once I’m in ketogenic state.

That’s great! If we do a 21-day water fast from the 9th, last meal Sunday the 8th it will take us to the end of May. I think it would be good to aim for that, I will lower everything from now by doing omad/keto and possibly some 36hrs fasts. Glad you are good, I’m staying positive and ready to kick off some weight. That’s a good plan. 21 days water fast from 9th seems good. 8 days of keto will make fasting easier. Let’s do this.

I am doing okay thanks. Getting everything ready for our 21 days fast, lowered carbs a lot already, so all good.
