I have checked in on both journals now. Feeling positive and confident, about to use my sauna blanket.
Day 1
Fasted and exercised. I’m happy to be working on my weight loss goals. I remember last year I had completely given up. Couple of failed fasts and I never could get on with it again. I’m so glad I have powerful and head strong buddy like you!
We are doing great and we will achieve our goals very soon… We are very strong! Let’s promise to never underestimate ourselves…

Day has started for me

Day 2 was okay, some hunger here and there but I conquered it . Had an infrared sauna in my sauna blanket last night which was relaxing. Determine

That’s wonderful! My fast went well. Did exercise for 30 mins.
Day 3. Hoping to stay focused on my goals and keep myself busy so that hunger doesn’t bother me. You have a successful day

Refeed for me is 2 or 3 days then jumping back on.
Day 4 went well…
Day 5 … I will nail it!!

I will have a refeed tomorrow Sunday, and start fasting again straight after. I like to refeed on Sundays so I am fasting by Monday .

It went easy. I love that I’m able to focus so much on my work during fasts.
My mother is fasting with me today and will start fasting once in a week and slowly increasing the duration… She had high cholestrol in January. Hopefully water fasting will help her.

That’s excellent your mum is fasting with you, starting slow is good, hopefully, she will see improvements in her health and be sold out on fasting.

Feeling better and stronger. We can do this! Weight loss has slowed down but I’m good as long as i’m losing and feeling healthy.
