Quitting coffee is so difficult. My head started hurting in the evening , had to have a coffee.
But Going from 4 black coffees a day to 2 is huge
Will Try again to bring the number down

Feeling good. No hunger or craving.
I have set many goals in reading , studying, working out and meditating
It really helps while you’re fasting.
I’m still at 2 coffee’s a day. Hoping to bring it down to 1 by the end of this week

Feeling good but couldnt work out. Should have taken more electrolyte water.
Its been exactly one month since I started the fast. My Intention was to go for 40 days straight (I have fasted before, about 2 years back)
But I couldnt . Initially I did a 10 day fast and then took a 5 day break.
Following which I started fast again and then did a 15 day fast and still continuing
30 Day Accomplishments: 10 +15 Day Fasting
- In total I lost 11.3 kgs in last one month which is 25 pounds
- Blood Pressure: Diastolic was 96 before fasting, last measured during fast , it was 82mm
- Lower back ache reduced: Also because I’m exercising and stretching regularly
- I used to have cramps and tingling sensation while sleeping because of my weight which disturbed my sleep . Now its gone, I’m sleeping better.
- Acne has reduced.
Day 16

Day 17

Feeling hungry but if I’m not able to pull through I’ll conside bonebroth for a couple of days .
I have to fast. I cant stop fasting. Its not easy sometimes but I had given up on myself in the last few years. Thats when I put on so much weight and became so unhealthy and obese. If I give up now, I might go back to being the old me.
Last month has been life altering experience. After so many years I felt beautiful again, I feel healthy, I feel I can live longer and be with the people I love and be more. I literally feel like a super human.
I feel hungry but I dont want to give up and lose all that I earned in last one month. This is a war!

- Not hungry anymore but I feel a little tired.
- Will be continuing water fast till day 21 and then a small break.
- This is the longest I’ve gone without food ! yayyyyy!
- Coffee is down to ! cup a day
- 3 more days to go and then I’ll have bone broth and chicken soup

- 2 more days to go. I soo wish to eat chocolate cake. Will be preparing a ketogenic chocolate cake after two days
- Can’t wait to have a fried chicken…
- I do crave for sugar but I’m not going to take any risk. I don’t want to go back to being the old me. I’m excited I’m close to end of this fast but excited to start another one. I look different now, feel much, much better.

Day 1 of experimenting a soft Dry fast.
Surprisingly, it went well… Didnt feel hungry or thirsty.
Will do it for one more day , If I’m not able to do it, I will break the fast with electrolyte water

Couldn’t dry fast . I did until 9 . Was not able to focus on my work without coffee… So Broke Dry Fast and continued with water fast
Electrolyte water helps a lot

Remarks : No hunger. I’m afraid , i’ll feel hungry on day 3. But I’ve kept my schedule really tight for the day. Dont want to have time to feel hungry.

Remarks :Was craving for sugar but controlled it with black coffee
I tested my blood.
Cholestrol levels have significantly reduced. Everything on the report was good except Vitamin D which is 8.9 ng/ml. It is seriously deficient… Will be adding Vitamin D3 supplements and also going out for morning walks so soak in the sun.

Remarks : Feeling good I completed Day 4
No problems so far.
Will be checking my blood pressure.
I want to try another soft dry fast of just 2 days. Will do it at the end of this fast. On day 20 and 21
I’m not doing so well on quitting coffee. Had headache when I woke up this morning. Did not want to take medicines so took coffee instead and another one in an hour. It helped. Will start reducing my coffee from tomorrow.

Doesnt feel like I’m on a fast.
I’m going to start with 0 calorie, sugar free chewing gum. The bad breath is making me sick. Is there any other better way to counter the bad breath during fast?
