Xylitol is present in sugar free chewing gums as well. It indeed is good for our teeth and gums.

… and our Bones. Xylitol Replenishes the minerals in our bones too, like the teeth. Go for it. If you need to order from the internet, order Now. The Internet will be going down… and up. off and on in a couple weeks. Make sure you have extra cash on hand for purchasing. Remarks:
It now feels easier to fast. Hunger and weakness has gone down

Not feeling the best and as energetic as i was when in fasted state.
Have started the fast again.

Remarks: I did keto in the last two day.
My blood pressure has improved. Before the last 10 day fast, the diastolic bp was 96 and yesterday it was 82 mm. yipeee!!

No weakness.
There was craving for sugar but controlled it.

  • I cant believe my weight is now in the 80’s for the very first time in last 2 years :partying_face: :partying_face:
  • I have added Yoga which helps a lot
  • I read more books during the day
  • And also I’m more productive in my work

  1. Sleep time has reduced. I feel well rested in 5-6 hours

Remarks: Felt hungry towards the end of the day but did not eat. Black Coffee really helps!

Remarks:
Worked out a lot… Feeling very energetic.
Sleep time has reduced but sleep quality has improved considerably. I’m loving it.
Hope to stay on fast for as long as I can.
