Day 2, May 17. Yesterday was Great; Sleep last night was wonderful. Only lost one pound, but at least it is coming down. I am on this journey now and there is no place to go but Down.

Day 3…May 18. Lost 5 lbs… A day Later than I expected… What’s with That , I wonder?!! But, Better late than never! Day’s going to be a GOOOOOD Day!! Tweaking my water and tomorrow is Dry Fast. May Continue the Water Fasting. I want the results from July-August, 2021 (It’s all up to my husband)… Then MAINTENANCE!!!
Day 4, May 19, 5:30 AM. Good day yesterday. Good night last night. It starting to get normal. Get up. Get Dressed. Drink Electrolyte water. The Tweaked water was fine. Lost another pound overnight. All is good. I still haven’t added exercise except for 15 minutes of Daily walking a day with Bob, but that’s not exercising; it’s just moving. And worked for 9 hours, but it was a slow day. Today is going to be a Better day. Next week, I am adding exercising. I plan on eating Sunday. Lean steak and an egg. Then back to Fasting immediately.

Fell off again… Starting June 1, Day 1… Again. And you?
Day 1… June 1, 2022… 17th hour of Day 1. Very pleased and very excited about the Journey. I want to do a 21 Day Water Fast, like in July 26, 2021, although I actually did 25 Days. That Fast was Fun. The entire time! I enjoyed even the very beginning because I was on the Road to getting my low weight and light feeling that I had way back when. I did not end it well, though. I went right into Bone Broth with onions and Celery which felt like Steak, I think that this time I will go only with Bone Broth that is in a container and even then, only a cup or two in a four hour window. Four cups with veggies in it and then in a couple days to have meat…? I wasn’t thinking correctly. But right now, I just want to think of 21 Days of Electrolyte Water. So, I am on my way and Loving it!!!
Day 2… June 2, 2022… 40 hours in. Great to be here instead of still thinking, “I Should get started” or worse, looking at the calendar of weight lost at this point Last year, “If I had Stuck With it, I would weigh ____lbs. right now!” I don’t want to play that game anymore. So, I am here, encouraging myself and determining that I Have the power to do this. Stick to the Plan and Break Correctly this time. I feel great. Energy. Focus. Everything except, it’s boring. I must entertain myself with things Other than FOOD. It’s not meant to be Entertainment. It’s Fuel. And I have plenty Stored for just such a time as this. So, Onward we go!
Day 3… June 3, 2022… Doing Awesomely Well. No bad symptoms. Finally got good sleep (worry about family issues… son in a break-up… You never stop being a Momma). In Ketosis… Had No bad symptoms, despite eating VERY Badly before starting the Fast. Tiny head issue on Day 1, but that was it. My body is already accustomed to Fasting; it’s all battling my Will from this point on. I Am doing this breaking of the Fast By the Book. Looking forward to Breaking, still continuing the weightloss, though. Putting together my Calendar Today! Exciting!
Day 4… June 4, 2022… Doing great! Lost a total of 11 pounds so far. In 3 days! I am Stunned!! Feeling Great. Went shopping earl this morning and had Energy, Clarity and Patience. Amazing. Haven’t done the Calendar yet. That will help and give additional focus. Looking forward to two more Weekends!! Then we will be 19 days in and I will be planning the Beginning of the break. No More Soup to break a Fast. I need to research more.
Day 5… June 5, 2022… Lost another pound. Doing great. Lost a total of 12 pounds in 4 days of water fasting. First week is always the largest pound loss due to ridding the body of Inflammation. But even more good stuff follows as the days continue. Had muscle spasms for the first time last night… 4 times. That will wake you right up out of deep sleep. Anyone know any remedies?
Hi, you need to take more magnesium, potassium and calcium.
Thank you, Overcomer!!! I don’t take Calcium during Fasts and only get the magnesium and calcium in my EW. I do take Epsom salts, so I get more magnesium there.
Day 6… June 6, 2022… AWEsome results. Haven’t weighed yet since it is the middle of the night, but I am So Excited about this Fast. I am definitely doing the 21 days or longer. Learned a lot the first time (actually 25 days, and “Don’t stand in a shower with arms overhead while in a un-hydrated, fasting state”). Learning a lot this second time. Looking forward to Dry Fasting, for only a couple days first. Then three. That will be my limit in this fast. I have dry fasted 5 days and Loved it. I was Amazed at how much water the body pulled out of Fat cells during a true Dry Fast (not a drop of water by mouth… dry brushing of teeth… ugh…) Excellent method of fasting. But that will be later this week. Until then… EW Fast.
Day 7… June 7, 2022… Still doing well. Tempted to eat yesterday. Resisted and the temptation went away. Have to fight when emotional stress occurs. Had foot spasms during the night about four times. Took Hyland’s Leg Cramps PM twice. Other than that, okay. Continued to lose a pound! Feel great. Energy. Alert. Yahoo!!
Day 8… June 8, 2022… Just read past notes which I am pasting here…
“I check off the day as it begins because I Know I am not cheating… not one Bite or one Sip!! Also, I count the Weekends, not the days. I think to myself, “After this weekend I only have Two more and I can eat on the next one.” That keeps it much shorter. Also, the Stickies are WONderful!! I put 1 in the Win column and the rest are waiting! I look forward to getting up in the morning and weighing and I look forward to 3PM, because in just a few hours I can go to bed!”
I Loved this, “I check off the day as it Begins because I KNOW I am not Cheating… Not One Bite or one SIP” !!! That was Extraordinary!!! And I Wrote It!!! I was SO Confident in myself!!! Who Does That!!! So… I am going Back There in my thinking. It is ONLY a Mindset… and My Mindset!!! I am glad I stayed up after getting up this early Wednesday morning (3:30-4-30AM). I succumbed to people saying I should only Fast 7 days then do Carnivore refeed OMAD… BAD ADVICE!!! That is good for them… it is NOT good for me!! I Want to be at 130. So No More thinking others know better for me than I. Electrolyte Water Fasting 21 days is No Big Deal! They are ruled by Fear… Not Us!!! So, Recommit and Let’s Do This!!! It is Fun to Fast (That should be on a Tee Shirt)! So Day 8… I Post at the beginning of the day because I Know, “I check off the day as it begins because I Know I am not cheating… not one Bite or one Sip!!” That should be on a Tee Shirt Also!! I would Buy It!!! and wear it Proudly!!!
Day 9… June 9, 2022… Not great. Bad news from my sister… Dealing with emotional issues. Tomorrow I will do Well. Reorganize and win.

Hey! Today is my last day (24), tomorrow I leave for a trip. Fast itself has been good, better than my previous one. I kept myself active, with a strong and positive attitude, just had some hunger/weakness sometimes, but not cravings or temptations whatsoever. Problem is, weight loss was really slow and disappointing compared to my previous fasts…

I have heard that a lot, but the advantages to the Fast are unparalleled! It is So healthy for the body. You have achieved more than most people even Dream of. You are Younger inside with your HGH through the Roof. And the HGH was Free and it was your Own. How Great! You are also an example of Health, as few people experience it. You have done was your body is Designed to do. You got rid of a ton of harmful things and have recharged your body with youth and vitality. You Go, Girl. Enjoy your success!!
Day 10… June 10, 2022… I am armed and Ready for Victory. Thrilled that I am in the 140’s. I will go down through them quickly. Set my goals for 0 calories throughout the remainder of the month of June in MFP. Fasting is So Healthy and it is an achievable goal. I was very disappointed in my reactions to having a day of OMAD, which failed miserably, I might add, so I am back to Fasting. My body is Comfortable Fasting so why fight it. Fasting is what our bodies are created to do. So, Focus on what the body is doing and not on external stimuli. Dedicate this to the Lord and enjoy the process. Onward and (Downward in weight and inches) Upward in Achievements (Mission, Goals and Habits). This is a Journey.
