Day 11… June 11, 2022… The day was good except I Cheated on Day 11. It started with a Bite, then 2 then 2 more. Then a sugar Free Chocolate from Russell Stover. Yuk. I’m not even wild about them but they are here. And Old. I just need to Pitch them. Then last night there was a special Live broadcast on Telegram and I made a decaf coffee… Skinny, but still, and it was late. THEN before going to Bed, I looked up Fasting Focused Lifestyle with Dr. Wade Baskin and he is kicking off a Phoenix Protocol Fast, a 7-Day Dry Fast, beginning Friday night, 8PM. Fasting is Fun, but this Dry Fast is Extraordinary and can lead right into a water-Fast immediately because the Discipline is Hard-wired into you. So, Friday Night, the 17th (8PM) through Friday night the 24th, (8 PM) I am joining them on this 7-Day Dry Fast. I am Super excited! I Really Needed this!!!
Day 12… June 12, 2022… This may or may not go in the Win column, as I await Dr. Wade’s response. I may have a diet, decaf coffee today or I may begin a 3-day Dry Fast beginning this morning prior to the 7-day one beginning Friday night, 8 PM. I will update later today. Exciting Days!!! In Many Ways!!!
Day 12, 1:30 PM… Just found out the Dry Fast isn’t until JULY. I am sticking with my plans for this Friday, June 17 at 8PM, for 7 Days, maybe 5. I want to Dry Fast with the group in July. DISappointing!! but it should Not interfere with My plans, as long as they are healthy. I have put in a question to Dr. Wade. He’s the Pro on Dry Fasting. Frankly, on All things Fasting.
Day 12… June 12, 2022… I am on it. 3-Day Dry Fast, breaking Wednesday, June15, 2PM with liquid only. Rehydrating until Friday 8 PM and a 5-Day, possibly. I want to be able to Dry fast with the group on July 17th for 7 Days or whatever Dr. Wade recommends. So, here I am again on an extended Dry Fast with monitoring by Dr. Wade. 3 Days, then we’ll see… I will keep you posted.
Day 13… June 13, 2022… 5 AM, Moved stickie to Win Collum, Slight discomfort, like Ketosis but no Ketones yet. Going back to sleep after bathroom. I will get up mty usual time of 7. Head is good. Reports are that each day of Dry Fast is equal to 3 days Electrolyte Water Fast. We’ll see at 2 PM.

Day 14… 4AM, June 14, 2022… Day 3 Dry Fast. Doing fine. Decided to go the entire five days of Dry Fasting right now since the toughest days are over. The biggest problem is Boredom. I enjoy food and I do consider it a reward. That must change; I’m just not sure how to do that. I feel good. Energy. Focus. Strength, maybe even more than on the Electrolyte Water Fast. Knowing that so much youth-renewal is going on right now is possibly the best. I am amazed at how much water my body gets rid of when I am taking in None. The water is pulled from breaking down fat cells, tearing apart tumors, cysts, etc. and using That water for metabolism; then using the protein from those cells and from folded or unhealthy proteins for cellular repair. Recycling!! So, I press on.
Day 14… June 14, 2022… Noticed weakness while adjusting today. Maybe I should break after 3 Days. I will wait and see. Not seeing substancial weightloss, but that has been seen before. I have to remember it has only been 2 days, in one half hour.
Day 15… June 15, 2022… 3 AM. Highest Ketones. Weakness, or hunger, wakened me at 2 AM. Tested and weighed. I’m in the 140’s again. Going down. Breaking Dry Fast at 2 PM today and beginning a 5-Day Dry Fast Sunday night. I will do a 24/OMAD until the 5-Day.
Day 16… June 16, 2022… Broke Fast yesterday at 2 PM, as planned. Last night I had muscle spasms which are slow to go away. I think I will look into supplements to help, since I am going to be doing Fasts this month and possibly next. Bob also is getting muscle spasms. I will research this. Thank you, Overcomer, for recommending this. (Do uou have a recommendation?) Other than that, everything was good.
Day 16… June 16, 2022… Ate longer than I wanted today Also. Yesterday I ate Waaay more but did not gain. The Dry Fast should have been longer than 3 days. Monday I begin a Five-Day Dry Fast. I did well on that before, then I will go into electrolyte water fast until I reach my goal of 130. That’s the Plan. I will not put back on the weight I lost in the 3-day Dry Fast. I may need to fast again before Sunday night. Nuts.
Day 17… June 17, 2022… Ate more than I wanted to and more often. That has to stop. Fasting is definately the way to go, but I must do better at OMAD. How Do you others do that so well?? Oh well, better tomorrow.
Day 18… June 18, 2022… Did not put on weight but not happy about the amount of eating. I will be eating tomorrow, Sunday, then back to fasting for the rest of June. That will help but I Do have to get victory over food on the days I eat. I will not quit until I do… Obviously!!
Day 19… June 19, 2022… I have the rest of the month planned out and I am excited for it. Dr. Wade recommended that I do 48 and 72 Dry Fasts rather than a 5-Day Dry, before a 7-Day in July (17-23). I will do that only a couple days of EW between the Dry Fasting days. This sounds good and a great way to end the month. 130 in July!!
Day 20… June 20, 2022… Good day for starting a Electrolyte Water … all day. Maybe 2!! It’s good to Not be eating today. I ate way too much and too often those 4 days between the end of the Dry Fast and today. I should have Planned Out the 4 days instead of just Winging it. It’s better to be Disciplined. Looking forward to the end of June. Excited to see the results. I am Not stopping until I have reached my Goal.
Day 21… June 21, 2022… Doing Very well today. Had a Horrible headache all day yesterday. Head is fine today. Doing a second Electrolyte Water Fast then tonight I will begin the Dry Fast for two or three days. I don’t like breaking, even with OMAD, since I have not had a successful OMAD in a Long time. I want to Fast until the end of the month. Wish me luck!!
Day 22… June 22, 2022… Day 1 of a 3-Day Dry Fast. Really looking forward to other disciplines being REstarted again. By Friday or Saturday (EW Fast for two days), I will be in Heavy Ketosis. That should continue throughout the remainder of June, since I will be eating Nothing the rest of June. Then into July. Don’t know if I will celebrate July 4th with food. Probably not. Maybe just Bone Broth, maybe skinny decaf coffee. I’d like to Not eat until I reach 130. Could be a lo-ong haul. It will be WORTH it though. Also, the long 7-Day Dry coming up July 17. That should definitely clinch it. I need to prepare my body for that Fast and not strain myself. As much as I Feel it, I’m not 35 anymore. 43… That’s my story and I’m Sticking to it!! Going back to 40. I was my Best at 40. 43, I was starting a bit of decline, ike in vision. I am Recapturing the vision I experienced at 40!! Or as an Adolescent (my Youth … Adolescense … is Renewed like the Eagle’s.) In Jesus’ Name!!! Moses at 120 “his eyesight was not Dim and his Strength was not Abated”… If God would do that for Moses, under an Inferior Covenant, what can We expect under a Superior Covenant?!! Did I mention I am living to 120 years…? And so is Bob.
Day 22… I have learned a Lot about myself in this month. I Must Stay the course if I want results. Give My Word and Keep it… like my Dad and like Bob. Like Andrew Wommack! I can do that. I am no different than they. You are the same God, Lord! I need my Dad’s Tenacity. He doesn’t need it anymore; he’s in Heaven. I ask for my Dad’s Tenacity, Father. Thank You!! I Receive it by Grace.
Day 23… June 23, 2022… Yesterday was tougher than I remembered but was able to keep my head at bay, did Not yield to temptation (despite 2 Live calls) and made it through the night. Did not sleep well, which is unusual. Good news is that I lost 3 pounds and I am in heavy ketosis after just one day of Dry Fasting. That Is good news. Feel great today. Strength, Focus and less temptation than yesterday, although I did consider strongly cutting the Dry Fast short. But I haven’t.
