Day 5, February 6, 2025. Turned into an OMAD. Today continues with the Fast
Still Day 5, 2 PM. Went into the kitchen and my granddaughter-in-law had made a tempting treat. No sugar. German Pancake in muffin tins. I took one. Didn’t tell Bob. Just grabbed hot water and put xylitol in it. As I was considering repeating that offense, I changed my mind, Took one Garcinia Cambogia with water then a “Ice Chips, Menthol Eucalyptus flavor, sweetened with Xylitol.”. Tastes like a cough drop and numbs the tongue slightly, momentarily. All healthy things. The urge is gone and I’m back on top. If my head is slightly giving me a problem, I take One Hylands Leg Cramps PM (homeopathic Quinine) which takes the ache away, allowing me to sleep or continue with my day. I use “crutches” to achieve my weight loss. It isn’t cheating, but I lose the weight. A purist would Never do that, but it’s okay with me. I’m not competing. I’m just going to make it another day. All of those things are available on Amazon. Praise God. I’m back on top.

Day 6, February 7, 2025. My daughter made a pot roast yesterday and I indulged. I’m glad that I did. I still lost so, yahoo. I’m back today. I prepared for fasting today by making a quart of tea. My daughter is an Apothocary and has every herb and spice. I made a Mullin/Marshmallow Root/Hibiscis and sweetened it with Xylitol. I will drink on it all day and will Not eat. That’s my plan. Also taking Epson Salts which helps the bowels. Looking for a Successful day today.
Day 7, February 8, 2025. I am in Ketosis. I was surprised. I forgot to mention that these Ketone strips were instrumental in keeping me on track as well. I had no idea I was doing as well as I was but the strip showed that I was. Once I make progress, I am less likely to fall off. So, I recommend everyone buying them and testing each morning. It is an Instant encourager. Did okay yesterday. Had a great night. Stayed to the Fast.
Day 8. February 9, 2025. Did well last night. Looking forward to the Dry Fast, beginnibg tomorrow or Tuesday.
Day 10. February 10, 2025 Fast begins tomorrow. I ate again today. No regrets. Day after the superbowl. Did okay. Looking forward to tomorrow. I might do EW Water Fast for one day. Dry on Wednesday. Keep you posted.
Day 1 Dry Fast. February 12, 2025
I needed this Dry Fast. I didn’t weigh. I don’t think I want to until I am down in the 40’s. It was tough getting back into fasting after eating during the superbowl. I didn’t get to see it because I was helping a bit with the food prep. I didn’t eat much and didn’t gain. Things are moving very quickly with our President and D.O.G.E. Exciting times we are living in!
If I experience anything in this Dry Fast, I will post.
Day 2. Dry Fast. February 13, 2025. A perfect Day 1. Yahoo. Slept great. Getting an adjustment this morning then off to Walmart with my youngest son. I have plenty of strength and expect to do well. I am surprised that day 1 was so easy. No temptations. Of course, I stayed in my room nearly all day. I am only three steps from the kitchen, so smells abounded. What I remember most about fasting is the Boredom. I will dwell instead on the excitement of fitting into my smaller clothes. Skinny jeans. Size 8. Stretchy fabric, but size 8, none the less. And being able to exercise again.
Day 2 Dry Fast 7:30 PM. I am doing very well. I’m in heavy Ketosis already. I kind of thought I was My head is a little achy so I took a Leg Cramps and a Leg Cramps PM and I am going to bed early. Long day today. Didn’t cheat one bit! I am Proud of me!! See you tomorrow. Day 3 is a Big day. Lots of things go on inside.
Day 3. Februaru 14, 2025. I was aware of ketosis more last night and was awakened to take another Leg Cramps and Leg CrampsPM. Fat cells are broken down to access the water and the protein is used for cell repair wherever needed. The water in the cells is healthier than water from outside the body. If you have lots of fat stored, the body has much food it can access. So it’s a win-win.
Day 3 PM. My daughter made Pot Roast and potatoes. The Best! I told her to save some for me on Tuesday!
Day 3 9PM. I have lost 8 lbs and I believe I will switch to EW Fast tomorrow. My husband doesn’t like a dry fast and he gets nervous for me. So, after the MedBeds, I will go back on.
Day 4. Back to EW but first a day of bone broth. 15 calories per cup. Did great again last night Didn’t want to break the dry fast but my husband had several bouts of difficult breathing, which occurs with stress. I’ll come back to the dry later. Lost 8+ lbs. in 3 days. I didn’t weigh on Day 1.
Day 4 PM. Great day. Also My husband had No difficult breathing! My weight tonight is exactly what it was this morning. Yahoo.I drank about 8 oz.Bone broth, Plain, and EW water. Had two bites of organic hamburger with cheese on it. Chewed it until there was nothing left. Had a Bite of mac and cheese. Also, chewed it until there was nothing. Still the highest Ketones.
Day 5. February 16, 2025. Did not gain and Ketones are still the highest.
