Day 6. February 17, 2025. Felt better Not eating. Going back on Dry tomorrow, Tuesday. Maybe EW then Dry. Gained 1 lb. Still Ketones highest.

Day 7. February 18, 2025. Had coffee and a small amount (maybe 3.5 oz of a tomato-vegetable stew). My Granddaughter-in-law made it. Still in ketosis-trace. Only gained 1 lb. Returning to Dry Fasting tomorrow. Drinking EW today.

February 23, 2025. Back on Dry tomorrow. SO Much has been going on and the routine fell off. Looking forward to being back on track Monday. See you then.

Day 1 was yesterday, June 8, 2025. Did perfectly, with help from my husband Bob! Lost 2 or 3 pounds overnight, Drank water. Today, EW. Taking a bit of Epsom Salts this morning. Magnesium. Felt fine yesterday. Lots of energy. Today is…

Day 3, June 10. Ketosis this morning at 3 AM. Took Garcinia Cambogia and went b ack to bed. Yesterday was good. Tempted horribly but did not eat or drink anything but water. Today I set up EW. Never drink plain water. The body needs electrolytes. Also took Epsom Salts this morning. Magnesium. Looking for a good magnesium supplement. Anyone know of one? I ordered one from online a couple years ago but don’t remember what it was called. I will research today. Lost 1 pound again, so total 3 lbs. SLOW!!! Might need to go Dry.

Day 4, June 11, 2025… Great 5 pounds down. Feeling great. Tempted badly but persisted. Won’t quit before 20 pounds off.

Day 6, June 13, 2025… Good day.Tomorrow is the Military Parade and I am watching. I don’t know about the fast. I may take a day off, partially. I’ll see. Slept in this morning but muscle cramps are still not good. Even in my stomach.Looking for an organic Magnesiun Clycinate.
