Jan. 5, 2025. Two days EW. Dr. Wade is starting the fast Tonight, 7PM. So I had coffee with Zylitol and Half & Half and one Biscotti. That’s all for today.

Jan. 5, 2025. Dr. Wade has not posted but I am still doing an EW Fast. Haven’t weighed yet. Doesn’t matter. I’m going down to 130.

Jan. 7, 2025. Day 1 on January Fast, 2025. Doing well. Actually began with a two day fast earlier this month. Ate 1 day and then have been waiting for the beginning with the group. So this is my Day 1 again. Looking forward to some weightloss and fitting back into smaller sizes. I am focussing first on 10 lbs, then the next 10, until I am down to 130 again. I was there in 2020 then again in 2021. Then I stopped weighing. That was DUMB. I had no idea I was putting on so much. So, I am weighing every morning. Again. Just Weighing, makes me accountable.

Jan.8, 2025. Did fine overnight. Slight cramping. Asked my husband for prayer. That was the end of them. Supposed to have Carnivore OMAD tonight. We’ll see.

Pre-Day 1… Again. I need to Stop Listening to my husband. He thinks I should have coffee (decaf) every because I like it so much and he wants to see me happy. But I like heavy whipping cream in my coffee. So, there’s that. I want to get back to just water fasting, with Yasemin. I Succeeded with that and only that. But I don’t know where she is. An ybody???

So, This is Day 1 with Wade. Coffee this morning. Beef burger before 1 and that’s it.

Day 1 January 28, 2025. 9AM Two coffees with Heavy whipping cream.12:45 PM 1/3 pound ground beef, 2 slices swiss cheese, 1 TBS mayo for Lunch. That’s it for the day. Warrior Fast with 4-hiur window. for 1 week.

Day 2, Jan. 29, 2025 Did great yesterday. Will repeat it today only a smaller burger patty. Swiss cheese and a little mayo. Also. cookng the burger a bit more. I don’t want as much blood in it. Less repulsive to Bob. I only needed one meal yesterday. Good to know.

Day 2 PM. Ready for bed. Everything is fine. Good night\s sleep without pain! (It was the ribs. Maybe from coughing. Muscle spasm yesterday didn’t help. None today, so Night.

Day 3, January 30, 2025. Last night was great. This morning made two decaf coffees with heavy cream. Looking forward to Lunch at 1:30. Don’t know what yet. No headaches or weakness at all. A Warrior Fast is Easy.

Day 4, January 31, 2025. Did fine. Had Chicken tenders, 4, today. Coffee this morning.Done for the day.

Day 5, February 1, 2025. Yesterday was good.Coffee good. Eggs at lunchtime. No symptoms. At least, that’e the Plan. Will check in later.

Day 6, February 2, 2025 Today was okay. Cheated a little. Not sure what I am doing tomorrow.

Starting Over… Day 1. February 3, 2025 No solid food. Only EW, Tea, not coffee, although I started the day with Mushroom Coffee my daughter made. With the second cup, using Xylitol, she mentioned it had a bit of caffeine. I drank it anyway. I will be beginning Ketosis today anyhow. Just lump in caffeine withdrawal alongside the regular ketosis. It’s all one nasty day anyway. So. Great beginning. See you tomorrow.

Day 1 PM. Did well. No food. No headache. I will do better tomorrow. No mushroom coffee in the morning. Good Night.

Day 2, February 4, 2015. Everythimng was Good last night. Did not miss not eating during the day, but was awakened by Ketosis at 3 AM… Then again at 6:30. Took a Garcinia Cambogia and was fine after 5-10 minutes. I’m great today. I should have bought Ketosis Strips. No weakness or brain fog. Doing well.

Day 3, February 5, 2025. Good last night. Great yesterday all day. Garcinia Cambogia before bed, more as a precaution. This is the best I have done. Resisting is easier. Just say No, and the temptation goes. EW tastes great! Looking forward to a few days of Dry Fasting. Faster results and easier with temptations.

Day 3, afternoon. Biggest problem with Fasting for me… Boredom. Especially the longer you go. Doing fine, other than that.
