Day 2, June 18, 2024. Did not lose overnight. That’s. not right! No problem. I have to. Nothing to eat but EW water. I will lose. Still Not One Bite; Not One Sip. Exercises are still Fine. See you tomorrow!!

Day 2, June 18, 2024. Okay Had a second piece of german chocolate cake. I let some Monster out by having the first. NEVER do that again. Ok. Tomorrow, I face the music. Oh. Well. Live and learn. Good night.

Day 3… June 19, 2024. Back on track but wish i could finish the Ginger Snaps. I’ll take a Garcinia Cambogia and call it quits.

Day 3, June 18, 2024. Nearly secumbed to temptation to eat the last few ginger snaps… Because they are There!! And some Swiss Cheese with Mayo because I don’t want it to go moldy. My daughter bought it for me and with me fasting, if it goes moldy, and it costing So Much she may not buy it again and she might resent me. We are on a Budget in this house. It is not my own. We all share it. BUT I read the journal until I felt encouraged again. I hope I never lose this Journal!!! So, I am feeling strong again and I am Pressing on!!!

OK. Ended up eating 2 slices of Swiss Cheese with Mayo and later one small piece of cake. Not Proud. Tomorrow is another day, with no mistakes in it.

Day 1, June 22,2024. Decided to begin today for 21 days, if nothing is going on on July 4. Did not gain, actually lost since breaking the fast a few days ago. Day 1, Not one Bite; Not one Sip. Resolved to use my “fasting muscle” and grow from this experience. Will be exercising every day. Imperative. Adding leg work as well. Need to do better getting up from sitting or being on the floor. Never been this out of shape in my life.

So this is going to be a 21-day experiment of only ew water and fasting activity. I can do that. I did it once for 25 days. I need to do that. Interesting that I did Perfectly this one time, until a girl posted her activities and said she had fasted all day, “except for a bite of cheese”. Cheeses, for me, is a passion, and I followed her and cheated with cheese from then on. I need to recognize that cheese is permitted for her. It’s Not for me. From now on , FOOD is no longer permitted during a fast, FOR ME, and let it go at that. “No man is a Judge of another man’s fast”, unless requested. So, Day 1 of 21, Not One Bite; Not One Sip.

Day 2, June 23, 2024. First day of Dry Fasting. I am so bored already. That’s the big problem with fasting, EW water or Dry. Food is like my number one joy!!

Day 3, June 24, 2024. OMAD last night. It was a good decision. Back to EW water today. 174 this morning. Down six pounds from the beginning. I also had coffee with cream. Major temptation this morning.Exercise is Great. Every day!!!

Day 4, June 25, 2024. Epsom salts this morning. 175. I am so disappointed in that weight. I have Never been this heavy. EVER. EW water today. Dry tomorrow, I hope. Exercise is still going great. Temptation to eat is still going on. D A R N.

Day 5, June 26, 2024 Still 175. Thank you, Melina Hunt for your encouragement. I needed it. I used to Not need the encouragement but then I had a Bunch who were encouraging me, as I did them. Today is a bit tougher. So many distractions that cause emotions to rise and take preeminence. The wonderful thing is the advice from my Coach on extended fasting, “Take as many Day 1’s as you need.” The important thing to remember is that the more Fasting days you have In a Row, the greater the Benefit to the body. So, continue to restart as often as necessary. Weightloss is just a secondary benefit. So, Onward and upward/

I am fighting some symptoms right now and am reconfiguring my fast. I will begin again tomorrow. I think with a Day 1. Weight has remained the same. Had to back off some of the exercises.

Pre-Fast Day 1. Eating Carnivore does not put on weight. Even eating 3 meals a day. I have not started that. I have only done one or two meals a day. It is wonderful to see that there Is a way to eat and stay thin. I am not thin yet, but I will be. I’m back to a 25 day fast starting Monday, with electrolyte water and dry fasting. OMAD and EOD OMAD Carnivore after the Fast. until Goal weight, 130. Size 8-10. Then Fast when two pounds over Goal. Setting up the Calendar Tomorrow! That is Step 1 to Victory!

Pre-Fast Day 2. Ready to start in the morning. Still must set up the calendar. Very important step.

11/25/24. Day 1. My husband asked that I not fast coffee, with heavy cream. So I will begin that way and see how things go. He is not fond of fasting and right now, with so many things up in the air, I will comply. Just my being off food and nothing but Electrolyte Water after 5PM, I should see something.

Jan. 3, 8 PM, begins an EW Fast. New Year; New Challenge

Day 1 Jan. 4, 2025, Saturday … Not one Bite… Only Electrolyte Water. Dry Fast begins Monday. Step One. 10 lbs off. Haven’t set up the calendar. Don’t know if I will because I don’t know how long I will go with it. So much else going on. We’ll see. For sure, I will not allow anyone else to feed into my decision. It never works.
