Day 4 of a serious fast. May 20, 2024. Yesterday was Perfect. Did well during the night. Took a Garcinia Cambogia for my head since it was fast-related. Went away. Slept well and am ready for a good day today. Had a black coffee with my husband and am ready for a day of EW water. Exercising is excellent. Don’t like it While I am exercising, but Love the results. One week has made a substantial difference. Lost one pound. 180.

Day 5, May 21, 2024. Perfect yesterday. Tempted to eat when I got upset with Bob. Got through it though. Exercising is still producing great results in just one week. Forgot to weigh this morning. Little nauseous this morning. Press on!!!

Day 6, May 22, 2024. 179. Did well yesterday. Slight weakness but able to do anything. Overnight last night I had several muscle spasms in my feet. Took Leg Cramps and walked it off. Drank EW. Went back to bed and slept until 8. Feeling thinner. Less stress in joints. Mot range of motion. Yahoo! Tomorrow makes one week. Two more to go!!!

Day 6 PM. Temptation to eat today ut I am committed. Actually, it’s all becoming the same every day. I love that about extended fasts. I got the book by Upton Sinclair, “The bFasting Cure” written in 1910. He put everyonr on 12 day fasts. That was considered Extreme. Not for today. There is much research to show that 100 dqys is doable. Even 365. And then there is Dry Fastibg. The book “The Phoenix Protocol” by August Dunning. A lot moe knowledge today. Tomorrow is Day 7. Two more weeks to go. Yay!!

Day 7, May 23, 2024. This is going SO Well. No problem at all except a bit of weakness in the legs. Especially in early morning and late at night. Then the muscle spasms during the night. Bad sometimes. Exercising is paying off well. But then I am Only on Day 7. I switch the sticker over at the first of the day because I KNOW I WON’T have a Bite of anything or a Sip of anything not on my program. I saw a few videos of a man who did 54 Days on EW and his story was AMAZING. I recommend it to all of you. He talks about how he broke. Has kept it off for Long time, even lost More.

When I an sorely tempted, I write the food I am Longing for on the calendar on the day I can have it. It’d likr “I Can have it… on This day”. It’s delayed satisfaction, but it Is satisfaction.

Day 8, May 24, 2024. Leg cramps are the only symptom that I have that I am fasting. I have strength, Focus, No hunger. Everything is Perfect. I have lost 10 pounds since I began. 176 today. I am considering a Dry Fast for a couple days, maybe three. I don’t want to put in the work and see a Stall. So, here we go.

Day 8 PM. I Did do the Dry Fast today. A bit nauseous tonight, so I took a capsule and rolled it in butter and swallowed it. It wasn’t that easy. My tongue was very Dry. But it’s at least down the throat. I believe I am only doing 2 days on the Dry, them back to EW. I have family all around me. Tgey are mostlt supportive. My granddaughter-in-law even made snow cones with out stuff over it. Crushed Ice. I told her I would Love one on Sunday. She has fastws before. Yahoo!!

Day 9, May 25, 2024. 173 ! Soon I will be in the 160s. Then 150s. Then 140s. Then 130s!!!. It was Worth Dry Fasting and getting up a dozen times to take Hylands Leg Cramps aand walking off muscle cramps. I am researching what effects quinine has in the body. I was told that it was healthy for us. I hope so. I have a friend who was told by a visiting nurse to drink 2 bottles of Tonic Water a day for his muscle spasms. I should call him. Strength was good yesterday, and focus. Temptations are Gone and have been. Looking ahead to when I can eat. I am doing well. I am Proud of me!! My youngest son is coming in a week and a half. I will fast my last 4 days and break with him here. A cup of coffee with Heavy Cream! Can’t Wait.

Day 9PM. Did well except fought discouragement, I think I will go back to EW Water Fasting tomorrow. Really tired today, especially tonight. Just wanted to go to bed, but the kitchen won’t clean itsself. So, tomorrow is Day 10!!!

Day 10, May 26, 2024. 170.5 No Muscle spasms last night!!! From 12+ to Zero in One Day. My husband spoke to the muscle spasms and commanded them Out in the Name of Jesus and they were Gone! Breaking the Dry Fast today with COFFEE and a little Zero pop and EW. It’s a Good Day. Weakness in legs is all I had. I didn’t like the really Bad attitude last night either. So on to Day 11.

Day 10 PM, May 26, 2024. I had coffe with cream today, a tiny bit of cheese and a couple bites of my daughter’ homemade massed potatoes.Also I took Epsom Salts because of constipation. BAD Mistake. I then had diahrrea the rest of the day. It Was Horrible. The good news is my colon works Great. The bad news is I felt like I had a Horrible case of the green apple two-step. I felt Drained,which is why I ate the tiny bit of cheese and the tiny bit of mashed potatoes. Hopefully, this is the end of it. Point to Remember: NEVER take Epson Salts during a Fast. Not even 1/8 tsp. Tomorrow, Day 11

Day 11, May 27, 2024. Horrible weather last night. HAARP again. Slept very well, after praying. Good day today. Memorial Day. Made coffee today. That is All I will have. Weight still 171. Tomorrow back to EW Only and we will see weight come down. Absolutely No carbs today. No sweets. Exercise good this morning. Very pleased there.So, tomorrow Day 12.Past the half way mark!!!

Day 11, May 27, 2024 PM. The day was not good. I ate a tiny bit of mashed potatoes and coffee with cream. I even had a very small homemade chocolate chip cookie. Tomorrow I start EW water fast. And stay on it until the 21 days are over. Day 12.

Day 12, May 28, 2024. Still haven’t broken ties with food. I had 3 more tiny cookies with my coffee this morning. That appears to be the hardest part about eating a Tiny amount of food while on a fast. Number one, make no bones about it, whatever the excuse, I broke the fast. So. Cut it out. Be Done with Food. Drink (cream). and recommitt. 173.

Day 13, May 29, 2024. Ate yesterday and today. Still counting the day. Tomorrow is Dry Fast. Had nausea today I think this fast is shot because my youngest son is coming in Friday. Maybe I will go to OMAD for the rest of this Fasting time and we will see where we go from there. After all, this is a lifetime commitment. OMAD, people can live on their entire life.

Day 14, May 30 Dry Fasting again. 177 again. Ate yesterday. Not happy with me. But you can always begin again and get results. My youngest son is coming in tomorrow night, I think, so fasting may change to OMAD.

Day 15, May 31, 2024. 173 this morning. Good news. My son will be coming in Wednesday, so I can get some work done before he gets here. Water fasted today. I think I will water fast until Monday, then Dry Fast two days. Exercising is changing me and I love it. Not the exercising but the results.

June 6, 2024. Looking forward to “Not One Bite; Not One Sip” after James goes back. Not today though. It really IS Easy. Just make the decision. And Repeat. Each day. Self Control, no, Temperance. Discipline, especially in the area of Food and Drink. I have that. It’s a Fruit of the Spirit. So, … And another 21 Days.

Day 1, June 17, 2024. 180 It will go quickly. I will be in the 160’s by the time I am finished with This Fast. Maybe Low 160’s. Felt great. Not One Bite; Not One Sip with calories. Had a slight headache. Started a bit of a sore throat. I got cold in the AC and I was outside in the 90’s. Exercises went well. Looking forward to three weekends from now. Stickers on my calendar. I’m set!!
