… Day 1… March 15, 2023. Okay, THIS is really Day 1. The other was the precursor to Day 1. Incentive.
I came across Every excuse to Not begin today, but I already marked off the days until Easter, and Beyond… “But I have 3 dozen farm-fresh eggs in the refrigerator and Bob doesn’t like brown eggs.” But I’m still so sleepy." “What’s One More Day?!” But I wrote In Ink the next however many days until Easter, and beyond… Get up and Get To It!. So, I finished Exercising… only 7 minutes, but it’s a Start. There are No Exercise Police. I can only go UP. Weighed (own up to what You have done to Your own body) (as I recorded my weight on MFP, I accidently wrote 200 plus lbs… so I Already lost 100 lbs.! LOL) and drank 1/2 tsp. of Epsom Salts and on to Electrolyte Water or Dry Fasting for the next however many days. It’s a Start.

Day 2… Thursday, March 16, 2023. Did Great yesterday. "Not one Bite; Not one Sip (of anything Illegal). Just EW. Felt great. Walmart today, so we’ll see how that “Strength-thing” goes. Major cleaning today, patients and get my Journal up to speed. Gonna be a big day. Plus, the political area is going to be Huge also. Late night tonight. Gosh, I could use a Clone today. How come only the idiots get those?!! Onward and… Downward, we go. Don’t know how much I lost. Too early to weigh. This is Fun, again.

Day 2, continued. Lost 6 lbs. in first Day!!

Day 3… Friday, March 17, 2023… Did Great yesterday, except I was Sorely tempted to eat. Bob encouraged me to stay to the fast and I would be glad I did. He was right. I took one Garcinia Cambogia and the urge went away. I took another before bed because I wanted to stay Away from headaches and Feeling of Hunger. It worked. Didn’t even feel like I was fasting during the night or this morning. Also it gets rid of nausea. So, I am ready for Day 3… Not one bite; Not one sip (of anything illegal on an EW Fast).

Day 3 Cont. I forgot to mention. A little loss of strength in Walmart. Not much at all. Lost 1 more lb. And EW is Electrolyte Water. Electrolytes are so important in fasting.

Pre-Day 1, July 8, 2023… Tomorrow begins 7 Day, Dry Fast. Then EW Fast plus Collagen for a week. Liquids only. Then 1 Day Carnivorous Meal, Then repeat, except 3 Days of Dry.

… Day 1, July 9, 2023… 7 Day Dry Fast beginning 6 PM, tonight.
Next, EW Fast plus Collagen for a week. Liquids only.
Then 1 Day Carnivorous Meal,
Then repeat, except 3 Days of Dry.
Add Exercise, 15 minutes for 1 week, Then 20, then 30 minutes, Plus 10 minutes walking.

… Day 1… Monday, July 10, 2023…
Goal: 135 by August 25, 2023
Actually began 8 PM, Sunday night, but I don’t count that as a day since I ate and drank all day on Sunday.
Monday, however Was a full day. Sorely tempted around 3 until 5:30. I took 1/4 Tylenol PM because my head was Threatening to hurt. I took it with a bit of butter that I rolled it in. Difficult getting it down, but eventually it did. That was the end of the cheat. II finally went to bed at 11. The next morning I weighed…

… Day 2 … Tuesday, July 11, 2023…
Goal: 135 by August 25, 2023
Exercised 2 days in a row. The ache during the slight amount of floor ex was surprising. It was 75% improved in just the One day. Increased strength also. Amazing!

Lost 6 pounds on Day 1 and overnight! I am still not entering my weight because I will not confess to that weight. Self pity has Horrible effects on a person, and that is where I was for more than 2 years. I am out of it now and preparing for a successful future. Onward and upward, or downward, depending on how you look at it.

178 … Day 1… Wednesday, July 26, 2023… I finally confessed to the weight. Actually, The weight when I began the Dry Fast was 186. So after breaking the Dry, I never regained the extra 8 lbs. I’m impressed. I’m doing Daily exercise, preferably at first rising. If not then, like today, as soon as work is done. 7 PM. Add to it: 1. Daily Bible reading and 2. PACKING. Enter number of Boxes packed, and add the box to the Moving Notebook, so I can tell what is in each box once we get to unloading boxes from the moving truck.

158… Day 1 July 26, 2021, Water Fast Begun. (actually did 25 days)… 20 lbs. by August 30

Goal: 20 lbs by August 30, 2023

Starting Day 2. May 14, 2024 The weight is 186. Again, after 8 months. Going Down to 130. First goal is 153 by June 30. Started exercising this morning. It felt Wonderful. Moving Very slowly because I don’t want to have setbacks. Did not weigh today. Water Fast/Dry Fast. Until June 30. Setting up the Calendar today. I’m In!!!

Evening of Day 2. Feeling great about the exercises. Ate one meal tonight rather than tomorrow. I’m okay with it. It was what my daughter prepared so it had carbs in it. Then I had Doritos, because they were there. That was not good. I will weigh in the morning and start Day 3.

Day 3, May 15, 2024. 183. Lost 3 and ate last night. Not canivore. Tightening my belt today! Exercised and a major improvement in just 1 day. Like repenting and turning around in the right direction. Big Difference. Exercising is Back in my life. Tulsi Tea today. Joy bought it loose and I am going to begin it today

Day 4, May 16, 2024. 181 this morning. Two more pounds. Ate 2 ounces cheese last night. Exercised again this morning and it is making a huge difference. Cold again. Bob said that it’s because of losing fat. It always happens when I fast. He’s right.

Day 5, 185. May 17, 2024. Made the mistake ofeating Ginger Snaps and two small pieces of pizza. It was Stress eating and I WON’T DO THAT AGAIN. Promised my husband I would Forgive before I am asked, even if I am Not asked, and NOT yield to the temptation of OFFENSE. Exercises are doing great.

Day 2 Again, Yesterday was Day 1 because I threw in the towel by eating CARBS! NEVER AGAIN! Yesterday was Perfect! Not One Bite not one sip. Only EW Water. I REread my post from 2021 when I first learned of real fasting. I was Inspired! and began again. I need to find sticky notes so I can do the “Move the sticky note into the WIN Collumn”. Very Encouraging! Excercized like a Mad woman today and I am Bushed. Much success!

Day 2, May 18, 2024. Doing Awesomely. Not One Bite, Not 1 Sip. Still have to make out the stickey notes. They Really help. Tomorrow will be Day 3.

Day 3, May 19, 2024 Drank Only Electrolyte Water and Black Coffee with 1 TBS Xylitol first thing in the morning with Bob. “Not One Bite, Not One Sip”. Did perfectly. Entered Ketosis this morning early and took 1/4 Ty PM and 2 Leg Cramps and 1 Leg Cramps PM at 3AM. Woke this morning perfect. Exercised and am back to the same routine today. Only lost 1 lb overnight. D A R N, but it’s better than a stall. 181.

Day 3 PM Made Chocolate Chip Cookies and was in the kitchen all day and night while my daughter made supper, Watermelon and Homemade Beef Stroganoff, and NOT ONE BITE; NOT ONE SIP!!! I am SO Proud of me!!! Tomorrow, another pound!!!
