Been thinking about posting - but never in front of the computer when I think about it or have just been busy doing other computer stuff and then forget again.
Was stressing on the income situation for a bit there - not the best time to be stressing with fasting on top of it.
Here’s the update.
Started a new job 3 weeks ago playing the role of cashier and quasi server at a bizarre fast food type seafood spot. Most of the menu is boils - better than frying to be around because if I was smelling fried all day I’d be hitting that. lol
I have to sweep and mop a gianormous floor every night and my muscles are feeling it. I get unlimited water bottles while working so I’ve steered clear of the soda machine (free for me too) and just do the water.
Sunday night this past week I was feeling a bit queezy after work - and think I had another gall stone issue. I say “think” as I’m self diagnosing. The next two days were miserable. Fever, chills, and that pain in the space where the gallbladder would be. Got through it. Ordered myself some ACV gummies, and yes I know just drink the acv straight but sometimes it’s just too over powering and the gummies are a quick grab and go. Also got this stuff called stone breaker (natural stuff) and have begun taking those. Had some great reviews as a natural remedy for passing stones so thinking it may help. Anyway I was up and back to work on Wednesday and back to functioning properly.
The work shift which is 6-8 hours is a nice long fasting chunk into the evening. Need to get to not wanting a small bite or snack some evenings when I get home - but this past week has not been as much of an issue as I’m just not hungry for the most part after that weekend episode.
I had been deferred from plasma for a whole month, and finally got back on that this past weekend. LOW PROTEIN has been the issue. While I’m not totally carnivore, I am focused on more carnivore thoughts when I do eat and working on eating meat if nothing else. Stocked up on sardines to eat out of the can. Want to get into a habit of having those a few times a week as they are great for me.
Weight loss goal - get to 142 at the end which is a mere 61.5 lbs away. Yay! I’d be massively excited to see goal by the end of October - but not going to stress on it. Right now the goal is getting back into onderland which if I keep my head on straight I could see in the next 2 weeks
