I'll just take a seat here for a while

Well we have a new adventure on hand.

Wound up in the ER this past Sunday night. So much pain. I had actually self diagnosed a couple of months ago but thought I’d be ok.

Gallstone/gallbladder issue. Felt like someone was twisting a knife in me for 2 days straight.

I have some sludge too, and apparently high white blood cell count.

They gave me antibiotics. Taking them for 10 days.

They wanted me to stay overnight in the Hospital. I said hell no. Also made it clear I’d be leaving with all my organs.

So I’m looking at a book on amazon to do this flush. It involves a before and after colonic, lots of apple juice, a specific diet for a few days building up. This book is going to be my new bible until I get these stones out of me. It sure as heck beats losing an organ and getting a huge hospital bill.

I also can fast a bit in between as you do the flushes every 6 weeks until you have 2 flushes with no stones coming out.

Ordering the book today, will follow its diet (think that is for a week) and should be done with the antibiotics by the time I’m ready to do the actual flush.

Lots to do today. Physically tired but motivated to get this underway.

Sorry to hear about your health challenges, hope you get better soon and the flush hopefully will work very quickly. I will be doing a cleanse in a couple of weeks ( parasite cleanse and detox) I will have plant base diet whilst on the cleanse, so should be interesting. What’s the book you are using from Amazon? If possible send the name and author. All the best and feel better soon. :pray:t4::pray:t4:

“The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush” by Andreas Moritz. It’s a really good book! The cleanse itself is just a small portion of the book as to the instructions. But I think the other context in the book is necessary and helpful for all kinds of people and their circumstances.

My circumstances and current eating restrictions have pushed me into Onderland this morning! Not the best way to go, lol, but a side effect. I’m petrified to eat anything heavy fatty at the moment until I get some stones out of me.

I have a feeling this is going to take several months to get through this process.

I have to admit - I had learned about the possibility of stones releasing during hardcore fasting - which I’ve done. But for this to get where it is now I think the stones have most certainly been building for a LONG time. I think this process will make future long fasts more effective. Not planning on any of those long fasts though for the rest of this year.

This current week has just been about getting through the antibiotics which will be finished Thursday morning. They are making me feel like the sludge that’s apparently in my gallbladder.

199! I’ll take it! The sweet spot in the current lemon.

The flush sounds interesting, I pray it works for you. :pray:t4:

Dr price also has a YouTube channel.

All the best :pray:t4:

Good luck to you too!

The more I research, the more I find this may be a 2 year process based on my age and where I’m at.

Got colonic appointments set for this friday and the following monday. First flush happening Friday night into Saturday.

Made a very tasty vegetarian chili and rice. Almost done with the antibiotics - YaY! Working tonight and tomorrow morning and then off to just prepare myself for this weekends adventure. Need to order some tudca too.

Hello!

Gosh, I thought I’d posted in here recently.

First off I have to say colonics are AMAZING. I had a feeling of euphoria after the first one.

My current weight is hovering around 195.

Have some food anxiety now, but paying close attention to what is going in. I’m on high alert for organic and non-gmo. Not a cheap WOE by any means.

The only traditional sugar that passes my lips is in a half a delta 9 gummie I take in the evening. My vodka bottle is collecting a bit of dust.

Will be making some homemade oat milk.

Good Morning!
On round two of the gallbladder flush.

Lots of noise coming from the stomach last night, but not seeing stones of any mentionable size today.

Debating doing a double flush. Which just means I take the grapefruit olive oil concoction one more time today around noon.

Scale this morning is at 190. :star2: but could be the epsom salt and mostly water loss.

Just finishing round 3 of the gallbladder liver flush.

Scale this morning is at 180! Holy crap. January 19th of this year I was at 236. That’s 56lbs down this year. Woot!

Right now I’m fasting out the rest of the weekend until my colonic tomorrow. Debating again on a double flush - should have been done yesterday but I had to work last night and couldn’t risk running to the bathroom a hundred times while at the restaurant.

Saw lots of stones, it was a really good flush. Off today, but second flush will put me out of commission for the rest of the day.

I miss posting more regularly in here but just been so busy with 3/4 jobs.

After 3-4 of these flushes it’s recommended to do a kidney flush/detox. Involves a tea taken for 20 days. May just focus on getting that going before the next flush.

Just finishing my 4th flush.
Had gained some weight back from Thanksgiving, but today I’m back down to 176 - woot!

Really feeling my belly as most prominent and the visceral belly fat needs to go.

To spice things up I’ve started doing some red light therapy as well.

My iron was low a couple of weeks ago and stepped back from the plasma donations. Debating if I should pick back up on that this week.

Thinking about a regimen to work myself into for next year. Found some chair exercises - sort of yogaish, do the red light, use some castor oil on the skin (and a pack on the gall bladder regularly). Will be adding it to my weekly schedule - just determining the frequency.

Didn’t do the double flush yet. Was thinking about it on this last round but didn’t feel as strong as last time so going to save the option for the next go around.

Going to call 2024 the year of reaching the goals. Weight loss goal zone once and for all, reduce wrinkles, 90% clean eating, and added flexibility and strength. Seems it needs more attention at my age.

The transition to mostly organic/non-gmo has been slowly growing.

Started working on the fear of scarcity this past year as well. Things like letting go of things that no longer serve me. holy underwear, lol

Lots of baby steps.

Oh, finally got the tea for the kidney detox. It tastes like crap. May push to try that detox again this month. Couldn’t make it through 2 days. Luckily it’s just tea leaves and will keep.
