So flipping revved up!

So I had a dirty coffee this morning - still staying clean the rest of the day.

Have me a bowel movement - oh so happy :rofl:.

And then my head is on fire with a whole bunch of rearrange and different furniture ideas for my apartment. Going to get rid of some things I was hesitant to let go before.

My need to declutter goes hand in hand with needing to fast and lose weight.

For today I journaled in some design thoughts. Lots of measurement as I have a tiny apartment.

And signed up for a business webinar for tonight.

Might just be the caffeine but it was a welcome kickstart for today.

So happy! I don’t have time to cook or even eat today.

Finally winding down.

Sweat up an ocean in the heat inside today.

Made massive progress and ordered a couple things for the apartment.

Should be able to get my kitchen back in order tomorrow - my desk is in there and is 6 feet long and has piles I’m still sorting through.

Might go to the car dealership tomorrow. They sent a coupon and my car is about to hit 100k miles. Pretty sure they won’t have the simple version id consider but who knows.

It’ll likely go back over the hump but I got one toe in the water and 16 more days to fast.

Your cleaning yesterday was a big inspiration for me! It motivated me to get up and start deep cleaning the house so we can start puppy nesting! Keep up the awesomeness

Well, just ran into the store to get some stuff for refeed tomorrow and I have to say, the threat of my shorts falling off in public is real🤣.

I physically had to push my stomach out to keep them up.

I’ll be wearing spandex out for any other shopping I guess, and may have to allow myself to get my award shorts before I finish my fasting fall challenge. I’ll find a new more exciting prize - maybe another pedicure and haircut! I’ll be ready for those by the end of summer for sure.

Good Morning

It’s an easy day to be fasting.

It’s the famous 3am wake up too early hour and turn on AC.

Weight says 178.5.

I’ll take it! Refeed hasn’t kicked in yet.

Assembled a wire shelving rack yesterday.

Gives me a tad more storage space.

Got an old neighbor excited about Dr Fung and fasting. She’s type 2 and been struggling for years now. Only took me losing over 40lbs to get her to watch a video :rofl:.

I never am sure what to do when I wake up this early. Stay up and nap later or just lay back down.

If I was wise I would have had a plan written in last night for today. I used to do that. Should start that process again.

Goal this week in fasting class is to see 176 by next Saturday morning. Oh, and when I see 177 I will wear my new shorts that day.

Very well. Going to stir the pot. :rofl:

Wearing spandex shorts today that are loose in the legs.

My underwear is too big. They look like I’m wearing granny panties :rofl:.

Debating switch up of my fasting plan already. Not hungry (far from it) but want to make sure I’m getting my nutrients in. Curious if I can keep losing on a 22:2 schedule. My energy levels right now are amazing.

Took a nap, woke up, and felt ready to break my fast a couple hours early. Started a refeed.

It’s probably self sabotage that I won’t see 177 for a couple more days :joy:.

My neighbor cooked a pork loin in beer in the crock, and I made some yummy onion cabbage sauteed. I made a normal plate for dinner and barely making it through. Think I got full on my original fast breakers.

I am going to sleep like a rock tonight.

So happy to be back to fasting today.

I am so hot when I eat now. I was devious yesterday and had my first summer soft serve cone.

I felt wicked guilty, and then reminded myself it’s ok on a feed day.

Back to business today.

Fasting and sanding. Making some cabinet covers. :grin:

Not sure exactly what happened here, except maybe I’m a bit backed up :joy:.

Could be onset of pms.

I did eat quite a few cashews on feed day. Just reeling through my head. Maybe that evil soft serve.

Going to keep plugging along.

Fasting until about 5pm Saturday evening.

I think the weight I’m at now was a previous “set point” from about 5 or more years ago. That could be some of the resistance I’m getting.

Either way I know there’s a lot of unnecessary fat still holding onto in my tummy.

It’s supposed to feel like over 100 degrees today. Sitting on my stoop right now and the dew on me feels like I’m in a steam room.

Excited for the temperature to drop next month so I have the option to do some walking around.

Going to have water with electrolytes added today and see if I can shake something out of me.

I’m feeling very accomplished today.

Got some shelves sanded and painted, and working on a ceiling to floor planter for my stoop area.

Got some water bloat building up. Not bothering me atm but just making note of it. Feeling it’s hormonal and will release when ready.

No hunger games today. I like days like these.
Energy level was good all day too. Didn’t feel like I’m fasting.

Water going down so quickly on these hot days.

Wish I felt cold so I wouldn’t need to run the AC.

Excited to see if the scale is ready to start going back down tomorrow. I’ve had too much energy to not be burning fat.
