This last weekend became a feasting exception as I was given full warning enough in advance to plan for it. I fasted an extra day before and dropped lower than I expected.
I know I typically gain on feed days, but I stay focused on what ever the scale said before the refeed and know I can get back there the sooner I kick my but in gear again. So no hesitation this morning - I’m back on it.
I typically don’t eat as much on refeed as I did this past weekend,
but I can’t say no to oysters as I was treated to them and I know I won’t be getting that treat again for a few months.
Having said that, I feel this refeed food is going to drop back off quickly.
I set a number of fasting days to accomplish within a certain time frame. If you look at that Fasting into Fall challenge thread I think it was 50? Doesn’t matter what order, just committed to getting them in before the end of the challenge.
Already saw my other conditions met - get to 177, wear size 14- just need to log in those fasting days I promised myself.
I had to take a different mindset on the stickies and reversed them into a countdown. So I have 9 days left to knock out in the next 2 weeks.
I set new goals already for the winter solstice challenge - you should do that with me too♥️.
Not sure how much you want to lose, but I’m going for 25 more lbs by then and size 12’s:heart_eyes:
.
And going to fast another 50 days out of the 90.
Could be meals every other day, or a couple of 48’s every week, or whatever. I need to keep my body guessing. And mark off the upcoming holidays as feed days now so I’ll fast a bit harder before them. Halloween, Thanksgiving, a couple of days after Thanksgiving for the leftovers
.
I’ll always know that if nothing else, I fasted over a hundred days in 2020. It adds up!
I’ll be 53 next February. I want to be at my goal weight. I want to buy a ridiculously sexy dress and take photos. And eat whatever floats my boat cause I’ll fast it back off in maintenance.
