I'll just take a seat here for a while

Can you believe it? 182. Over 40lbs :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Officially half way mark!

Refeed day today.

Made my weekly goal.

I was mentally getting hungry last night. And today comes when it’s an eat day and not thinking about food anymore. Annoying little thing. Need to work on that.

Woot! Congratulations! Love your posts! I know it’s crazy hot in FL right now but every time i see your posts I just wish I could visit your local beach, go swimming or surfing. Stay cool!

I hear you, when you write about feeling annoyed about tummy and back fat…Man, I wonder if mine will ever go away? I do not think the slow steady fasting approach you are doing would ever work with me. I would sabotage myself. That is why I am doing the steep climb up the mountain…After this 3rd extended fast, I will do the Sun. night-Fri.night, 5 days a week fasting until I reach my goal. I will eat on the weekends, within a certain time frame.
You are doing GREAT, Jill. Well done.

Good morning!

I had a wonderful refeed day which ended with quinoa and pork stuffed peppers and cocktails. Orange jello and dark chocolate.

Back to Fasting today

182 still. :rofl::rofl::rofl:
I had a lot of food!

Didn’t realize we are 9 days to the end of the month.

I’ll be entering September in the 70’s! Woot!

I’ve been sweating all day doing nothing. Hot here today and quite humid.

Got through the rest of today and just one more day tomorrow. Let’s see if I can sweat a half a lb out by tomorrow.

Great job!!! And yes! We are almost there! I have another 17 days but being in Sept just sounds good  Where do you live in FL? I lived in the Tampa area in another lifetime but I’ve lived in CA for many years now. I remember that humidity!!!

Space Coast. Here almost 5 years now. Love the warm and I have a high tolerance for the humidity. My electronics and phone not so much :joy:.

Good morning all!

Dreams come true.

181.5

Having a dirty morning.

Awoke hearing neighbors down stairs.

Someone’s hot water tank blew and they flooded out a bit.

I needed some extra umph to get up and see if I could help.

Wow you are so rocking it! I can’t believe how you manage the heat! I live in Texas for four years and it was unbearable. You’re resilience is awe inspiring!

Lol, when I was growing up in NY and the temp in the summer would hit the 80’s my parents had 2 air conditioners going in the house and I’d have to put a sweater on to not freeze to death.

It’s gotta get into high 80’s or 90’s here before I start thinking about putting the ac on. More for the equipment than myself sometimes.

I’m on the ocean and there’s a nice breeze today.

It’s helping the neighbor stuff all dry out downstairs .

I’ll admit though, I’ve been laying towels on the bed at night as I seem to be burning lots of fat in my sleep. I’m not going to complain, just working with it. Feels like I went swimming every night :joy:.

My skin can be literally rubbed off every day too. I thought about dry brushing but I think it’s too humid to work right. So I just rub and roll it off. And then I shower and a couple hours later more rolls off. I have a loofa like sponge I use to but seems to be shedding a new skin every day.

Wanting to shower now but water got turned off to the building while neighbors new water heater is going in.

How cool is it to be under 180 lbs? You are almost there!!! Congratulations, Jill! I, too, grew up in New York…L.I. to be exact. Where did you grow up in N.Y.? We, too have those loud, obnoxious window air conditioners. Horrible. VERY, very few people in Germany have A.C…except in the cars, of course.
I love reading your entries…they are so entertaining and funny. Thanks for always making me smile.

Norwich. Up between Binghamton and Syracuse.

My current apartment is an efficiency created originally from a hotel. So there’s actually a hole in the wall for the AC. At least it’s not filling my window space up.

I have an ocean view so I can’t complain.

I actually broke about 6 hours early last night.

Offered to treat the neighbor to a cheese steak as he was having a rough day after the flooding.

They are huge cheese steaks and neighbor who eats a lot can only handle a half in a sitting.

Well, took me about 3 hours to have a quarter of the cheese steak, 8 “cardiac tots” and a fried portobello mushroom which I pulled most of the batter off as it was filling me up so quickly.

Cheese steak was delicious as always, except I’m going to call today and ask if there’s high fructose corn syrup in the rolls. I was picking up a processed bread flavor. I tossed part of the roll because of it.

Debating Fasting all day today or just capping early.

“Cardiac tots”… scary but true

Cooper jack cheese and bacon on top.
I add red-hot wing sauce. Ranch on the side.

I used to be able to almost finish the box.

Neighbor shared and we barely made a dent.

My stomach capacity has gone down massively.

It’s bitter sweet as I’m all about tasting many different things but can only handle a couple of bites that way and preparing portions that small is near impossible. So I wind up making too much and food is tossed.

Still working at figuring out the formula.

I noticed too after 9 days of fasting I could only eat maybe 1/2 of what I could before… of course my eyes wanted triple but it was nice to feel full quicker (health wise) :slightly_smiling_face:

Good morning!

182.5 and excited about it. I will lose that quickly. I can feel that.

Had a delicious refeed and indulged in some cocktails.

I’m excited to clean fast for the next few days.

179 by end of this month (6 days) here I come!

And then down to the 177 goal.

Up early and sweating like crazy. Had to kick the AC on. Very humid, and this:

I dislike running the AC all day but the sun isn’t even up yet and I can feel yesterday’s calories burning right out of me. Wish I could share some of this heat with everyone who has the fasting chills. :joy: Those have been non-existent.

Good morning!
Had a good clean Fasting day yesterday.
Going for another today.
Feeling like I need a BM and a whoosh will happen.
Stuck back on 182. It’s going to go when I’m not looking.

Not over yet. 17 more fasting days to do.
