Ok back from vacation and barely gained anything! YEY!!
Here we go for a new week!!!
Well I didn’t manage any fasting last week. One day I did omad. But that was the best I did.

Managed a 21 yesterday, 15hrs into a 20hr atm. I want to get back into extended fasts. I wrote down my 30 reasons why, but I haven’t been reading them - this I can change.
I’m going to think through some strategies around how to overcome the temptation to give up. Does anyone have any tips?

I’m frustrated by the question: What is success?
For me, I can look back in my past and see that I’ve had successes before. My weight has been this low before. Where’s the success, the change?
Well, I picked up one of these Bluetooth scales that show me charts of my weight. And though I may be going up and then down, there is an AVERAGE weight measurement I’ve never kept before! My plan is to pay more attention to AVERAGE weight. Ok, I may have been at 150 before, but I’ve NEVER had a monthly average of 155, that’s the exciting measurement now. That’s my thinking .
I haven’t looked at it that way before. That’s a good thought process! I love it
Hi! I haven’t been here for some time but coming back for encouragement and accountability! Been doing omad on and off and just having a hard time getting started for a 5 day fast. Just looking for tips, motivation and a little fire if ya will! Thank everyone!
Not knowing anything anything about the premature aging of your organs, how much you have to spend on medication and doctor visits, how many people have overlooked you for promotion or advancement, etc… I’d say… just watch videos about fasting. Post in the comment fields about how good they are to care about total strangers. Keep doing that over and over and over and the day, the instant you reach a goal write and tell us!!
