As far as me. I’m on an eating day and it’s going well, I don’t feel like im binge eating today. So far just two meals, however I did eat past being full. But dinner is light. Then I’ll be fasting by 7
Day one for me feeling good/positive February is my month to improve my health!

One time, to hit my number, I wore a ski outfit over a pvc sweat suit to the gym and jumped on the treadmill. Everyone thought I was crazy… but hey, I hit my number

Not even close to end goal but down 20 lbs in January!!! (With some nice refeeds) so I was just trying to push it down to the -100 lb mark ASAP
I guess the goal is neverending so I never feel too close since I’ll always be on the journey
Fair point, and 20 in a month is great! That’s what I lost too! I realllly need to have a good month this month too. 15 is my goal.

Messed up and ate yesterday. And had keto sweets. Gained 2 pounds overnight. How crazy. Doing a 2 day fast to make up the difference. Then I’ll be back on my adf schedule. Man the hunger pains are strong today.
