For a healthier lifestyle. No reports from me as yet. It’s for the long haul. Taking it day by day. Doing whatever I can manage. Every fast is different. All the best
I caved. 43hrs this time. Home grown tomatoes, cucumber, herbs, strawberries. Store bought chickpeas and an apple.
Patience, I have to get better with being patient.

Hi there @Overcomer. It is so good to see you keeping up with your routine. I am still fasting - took the weekend off, ate some good food and some nasty stuff. Fasted all day yesterday (my Monday, I’m in the Southern hemisphere) currently still fasting may break it tonight. I’m wanting to get into a better routine where I fast a bit longer before I break and then rinse and repeat like you do. I will keep trying.
