Yes, it’s the dreaded 6 pm hour for me. Day 2, felt a little dizzy (prone to low blood pressure), but I got some salt in the office so sipping hot salt water and imagining it is clear chicken soup
I keep myself on track by remembering your video… There are so many reasons to stay on your fast and only one reason to break it. Besides, I want to move the post it marked Day 2 from “to do” to “done”.

I’m not sure if your tummy acids will react to migraine medication. Post here if it worked
Yes, As long as no carbs and no calories, you’re fine.
The water and salt didn’t work. Fresh air didn’t either. I took my medicine, now I’m fine. I take my anti-depressant as well, on an empty stomach.

I find the less I think about the fact that I’m fasting, the easier it is. Time flies by when I’m keeping busy!
Day 2 and I am holding on! I really don’t want to leave my house cause it’s easier just sitting home hahahahaha!!

Distraction is key! Keeping your mind occupied does wonders while fasting. Find something to do: Clean your house, organize your closet, read a book, paint your nails, tackle a project you’ve been putting off.
