Hi Yasemin, it’s a few months ago that I stopped waterfasting. I gained all my weight loss back. I had/have a lot of stress and anxiety in my life and eating is my mechanism to cope with this feelings. I know that isn’t the right way but I have been doing this all my life. But now Im fed up with my body and I really feel terrible. I know mentally it will be a challenge but I have to start again because it is really getting out of hand. Tomorrow the second of March I’m going too start my 3rd waterfast. The first two times I did the challenges were great and hope that this time it will be great again. Yasemin thank you for all your great work and support. I’m glad to be back again💕
Extended Group Fast - Starting March 1st!
Today is the first day of my first successful fast!
Day 1 going fine . Gained back 15 kgs out of the 20 kgs lost last year. Feel very demotivated seeing all my weight come back. Have 20 kgs to lose!!
Hopeful of completing 21 days or more!
I’m currently 18h into the fast, dealing with a light headache and really hoping to get through 21 days. I have no other chance, no excuses, just gotta push trough every single day.

I’m about 18 hours. Getting all thoughts of food. Thinking I wish I maintained a strict keto omad and lost weight rather than doing a strict water fast. Lol. My mind is tricking me. I need to stay strong.

March 1st, and I am starting a 5 days WF. My longest ever. I have the intention to do it every week this month. So, I will be eating only on weekends for the time being. I think this will be a good start. My birthday will be next 16th,so my special self gift will be proving myself my mental strength and a significant weight loss. Will focus on meditation and keep myself busy everyday (not difficult as I normally have many things to do M-F).

I have been fasting since yesterday, at 5.45PM actually. It’s now 3.40PM here in Spain. So, now I am starting to feel the struggles of the first 22 fasting hours. But, I am going to be strong.
Hey there everyone. I’m excited to start this water fast. My longest water fast to date has been 3 days but I’m trying for 10 days this time and will certainly need all of the encouragement I can get. I haven’t been doing very well the past couple of months and I have put on a little weight that I’m excited to get off. I also look forward to re-establishing a healthy relationship with food. I have found that fasting in the past has helped me really appreciate food when I start eating again instead of just always reaching for a bag of chips or other unhealthy snacks. I would love to hear any motivation tips that have helped others

A weird tip that has helped me in the past: arts and crafts. I have gotten really into crocheting and whenever I want to eat I just crochet instead. It keeps my hands busy and my mind busy and gives me something to do besides eating while on the couch watching tv!

Hello. I’m Angelica. I’ve been fasting off and on since I was 16. My very first fast was 6 days water only and my longest fast has been 13 days water only. I am now 28 years old and am done making excuses. I use to love mountain climbing and running and now I’m a slouch.
I will be 29 in July and would like to get healthy and active again.
A little about me: I am a little bit rocker a little bit hippie, I am married, have an 8 year old daughter, and I run a pet rescue in the Arizona desert.
I never had any accountability buddies which I admit made things harder for me so I am very excited to join this group. I started my time at 7pm last night (2/29/20) and I will be fasting for the month. I can do this! We can do this!
