I am still fasting! I know dinner time will be challenging. But I am up for the challenge. I will see the scale drop significantly tomorrow.
I cheated a little - three bites of avocado, 2 oz of pecans, and, one date. It was weak of me. I allowed myself to think about food. Tomorrow is day 18 and I will hold myself accountable with a friend. I am over 72 hours in! This is not the time to be weak.
I am down 5 lbs since Monday!
I am 95 hours in!!!
I feel like I am in the cruising phase now. It’s easy to fast so long as I do not allow my mind to dwell on the family meals.
Ok. This morning I ate 500 calories of fruit, an egg and a low carb protein bar. I am back to fasting.
This morning I was down 6 lbs from Monday!
I broke my fast this morning. Fasted all day and ate some again this evening. I am back to fasting and will fast clean tomorrow.
I ate yesterday. I’m fasting today. I’m going to overcome my desires to eat one moment at a time.
It has been quite a battle this morning! But I am still fasting. I set the timer for two days now. I know I will be very disappointed if I throw the towel in now.
Almost 48 hours in! It’s not been perfect today either. I ate three boiled eggs at breakfast time. I’ve been fasting since and will finish the day strong.
