Bethy's 2025 fasting success
I broke my fast at 46 hours with low carb. I hit the timer at 1 pm. I will be going in for 72 hours now. I know I can do it. It just takes focus on my to do list, drinking lots of electrolytes, and turning down all temptations. I will be embracing the hunger waves for the next three days.
