I broke my fast at 46 hours with low carb. I hit the timer at 1 pm. I will be going in for 72 hours now. I know I can do it. It just takes focus on my to do list, drinking lots of electrolytes, and turning down all temptations. I will be embracing the hunger waves for the next three days.

I am starting my fast again. I did 500 calories of low carb today to transition into ketosis more easily. I am now fast for the next 20 days. I have no work scheduled during this time. I will garden, sew, and relax while I fast. Cheers :clinking_glasses: to 20 days and goals met. Freedom from food!

I will be counting backwards. Day 20 is complete. Day 19 is underway! My goal weight is in view!

Day 19 was not a success. I ate as usual for dinner. I didn’t review my WHY and accept the discomfort. I do now and tomorrow will be a successfully fasted day. It would be nice to have an accountability buddy. Is anyone out there?

If not I’ll go it alone, but not alone. I’ll do it with Jesus. He did 40 days. I can do 20.

To succeed I will:
drink water whenever I want
Think about my goal
Take 3x Garcinia Cambogia
Journal
Relax
TO DO list and pleasant activities
Pray 3x day, thank God

I will not:
cook…PERIOD!
Think about food
Dwell on how hard

I will succeed. I will succeed one moment at a time, one day at a time.

To drop 20 lbs, that I have put on since highschool and carried for ten years, in only 20 days will be painful. I accept that. Pain here I come but also success here I come!

I am water fasting today. I had some black coffee and I have a water jug I will chug chug chug today. I am passing up goodies all day.

I completed day 21! Day 20 is now underwater. I’m burning fat! :fire:

I’m 43 hours into the fast and feeling good! Expect chocolate cravings will be very strong around 48- 75 hours in.

I’m at 49 hours and still plugging along and feeling good! I ate two bites of egg and put a little cream in my coffee. But that is all. I won’t be doing that tomorrow. It will be a clean fast.

I’m at 62 hours right now and barely hanging in there. I want so badly to eat but it’s just because I miss tasting food. I don’t actually feel hungry. So I’ll get busy and play some music.

I ate up to maintenance on Thursday, and 1,000 calories yesterday. I ate a small breakfast this morning and am now back to fasting. I will keep focused on my goals for the remainder of today. I don’t want food right now. My tongue does, but I don’t. :fire::fire::fire::droplet:

I ate up to maintenance for Mother’s day. I am fasting today. No excuses. I am halfway through today already!

I had some bone broth and a little chocolate. Day two will be only tea and water. I have to reset my body. This is too important to be casual about.

Day 21 is almost complete. Tomorrow is day 20.

I am working on day 20 now. I’m have coffee this morning. There is very tempting cream in the fridge and chocolate and banana bread. But I’ll pass it all up. It is crucial that I fast today, all day.

I am still fasting! I was tempted to take a bite of peanut butter. I am drinking water instead.

Day 19 is half way through! I really struggled this morning! I hung out in the kitchen wanting to eat. I got myself some tea instead. But it was a close call.
