It turns out that my hormones are a bit stressed right now and it’s not a good time for me to fast. I’ve been told to feed my hormones instead for the next 8 days. Starting on June 1st I can jump back into a two week fast before my wedding. I’ll still be in a calorie deficit for the next week. But I’m just not allowed to fast over 12 hours. So I’ll be back in a week.

Ok, I’m back to fasting now for the next 12 days! This is day one!!!
My wedding is in 12 days only! Yay!
I completed three days of fasting, dirty fasting . I consumed 1000 calories in three days. I really want to clean fast for the next 7 days.I started fasting again today after a hearty breakfast. The timer is set for 7 days.
Still fasting. No excuses. I’m not hungry right now. I usually struggle at breakfast time. But I have my plentiful fat stores to use for the time being. By bye food until I actually need you! I have let you fool me many times in the past but you’re only food, not heaven.
I was a little munchy this morning at 9 AM . But I didn’t let it snowball. I’ll just keep plugging along. Progress is good despite a mistake. So here is my imperfect timer.

I restarted my timer today. I ate 400 calories, not much but not a water fast either. Tomorrow at noon will be 24 hours again.
I am a little wary of tomorrow because I have to bake my wedding cake that day but I have a friend with me who will keep me mindful.
The last two days I ate almost to maintenance. But I am back on track again as of this afternoon (I started my period so I totally understand my cravings.) I will drink electrolytes tomorrow, tea, water and sew. I don’t have any baking to do. I will stay away from the kitchen.
Fast till Saturday only, 83 hours remaining!!! From one moment to the next I choose to drink water and not even TASTE food.
