I am in. 2nd day to day of waster fasting…want to proceed for at least 10 days but hopefully longer… started with weights again today as well.
Goal: loosing the 10-15 pounds I gained over the past months and adding back some muscles…

My goals are for mental clarity,
Growing spiritually, being healthier and improving my willpower. I went to see a movie and went for a walk to get thru the day. It’s all about keeping yourself busy.

Day 1 done and dusted! Starting off my day 2! feeling super determined… energy levels are low so adding a little maple syrup to my morning glass of warm water.
Lets do this guys!!! We are doing this!!!

Gone 24hrs with a liquid fast. Got a little lightheaded and drowsy so then I added salt to my water and felt better. Staying strong. :muscle: :muscle:

Ending day 2… must say it was tough towards the end… my fingers itching towards uber eats :crazy_face::sweat_smile:… and my mind on food… on an addictive cycle… looking back i cant believe i got through it! Phew… i dont know what to say… 2nd half of day 2 was not easy for me… the trick that helped me…? Watching Master Chef and eating with my eyes… :crazy_face::rofl::rofl::smiling_imp::face_with_hand_over_mouth:

This afternoon I am doing OK. It was hard during lunch because my co workers brought in food that smelled delicious. I just took a walk outside and did some window shopping to avoid the temptation. I am going to take a long walk this evening to hit my goal of 20K steps. Hope everybody is doing well!

Day :three: has started for me :muscle:t5:.
Day 2 was okay, some hunger here and there but I conquered it :rofl::rofl::rofl:. Had an infrared sauna in my sauna blanket last night which was relaxing. Determine :pray:t4:

Just found this site! I have been water fasting for about 10 years now. I am a huge advocate of the health benefits of water fasting.
Wish I would have found you earlier. I am currently on day 31 of my 40 day water fast so I can join you for March Madness fast until the 12th unless I decide to go longer. I did #fastingfeb with my day trading group!
