Diet to break my carb/sugar addiction. Only boiled potatoes and water. I learned the trick of 1st boiling them and then putting them in the refrigerator and then boiling them again before eating. It changes the chemical composition converting it into “resistant” starch. This type of starch is indigestible and as it passes through your GI tract will feed gut bacteria and lowers it’s rating on the Glucose Index.
