7 days water fast starting on may 26

Congratulations for fighting for what you want! I’ve seen too many people surrender to what other people want.

When I completed my 40-day I sacrificed eating on Thanksgiving and my birthday to achieve my goal of becoming “medication free”. I have high hopes you will achieve your goal!

Hiii… how are you doing???

Hello Rithanya, broke my fast today after 9 days. Good experience, more than the weightloss, I see huge changes in my body.
Keep up at it.

Hii Arunima, Happy that you are satisfied with your fast. And 9 days is something great :clap::clap:
Keep fasting whenever you want to.
Wish you all success and great health in Life :star_struck:.

( Having a very bad sleep . :sweat_smile:It’s 3:00 am right now )

I feel ok not great. I did have trouble sleeping last night and I find it hard to regulate my body temperature. I feel like I am always cold. I want to go out for a quick run but not feeling the energy level is there so I might just walk. Day 3 has been the hardest. :pensive: so far.

Same here…my day 3 was also similar to yours.
Right now I’m experiencing some kind of pain on several parts of my body like hands, legs, and everywhere. But that’s ok we will overcome all those to achieve our goal.my initial goal is to do water fasting for 7 days. Today is day 4.

Keep going Valarie :+1:.I have great hopes that you will achieve your goals :grinning::grinning:

Thanks Ri! I think tomorrow will be pretty rough too but I am hoping day 5 will be better. So i am mentally preparing for a rough day tomorrow. I too have had some aches and pains but the lack of sleeping bothers me the most. I am working everyday so it will be nice to have the weekend to relax.

Starting day 4 with a lot of tiredness. Feeling drowsy since I had very bad sleep last night :no_entry_sign:. Gonna face the hardest day of water fast and that’s day 4 . I’m sure I will not give up.

Sir tell me some tips to speed up weight loss during extended water fast :slightly_smiling_face:

Are you taking a daily walk of 1 to 2 miles? Metabolization of fat requires oxygen. It doesn’t have to be more strenuous than that. The only reason I’m doing workouts beyond the daily walk is I’m working on a goal of “6-pack at 60”. Even then I’m only walking 1 mile max.

No sir, I don’t take any walks. If necessary I would definitely do that.
