Yes, I did. I’m still going strong. But I want the weight to come off faster. Nevertheless, I know I have to trust the process.

Super depressed about the weather (it’s snowing here) and some personal stuff, but still sticking to the plan. My plan is slightly different than the one posed because I am not going to eat on both weekend days but am instead just going to do ADF the whole way through.
It’s so great to see the posts here from everyone it is inspiring and helps keep me motivated thank you for that. You guys rock!! <3

Still doing good, it is an eat day for me today and I am going to a comedy show with my older son for his birthday. I will be eating ahead of time to avoid 1) the junk food they sell there and 2) the cost of said food :grimacing:

Today really sucks :frowning: I am feeling totally wiped out. For the past hour I have had bad cravings for a smoothly but I am determined to stick to my plan. Probably just gonna have a small nap to see if that helps. I’ll check in later xo

i’m just checking in. keeping myself accountable! I struggled this past weekend, Friday I didn’t fast and Saturday and Sunday I ate outside of One meal a day​:smirk:… But that being said, i’m back on track as of yesterday and already I’m feeling better! looking forward to the rest of The challenge and getting to feel my best​:grinning::sunglasses::kissing_heart: How is everyone else doing?

Doing good today. I am on track with the fasting and have been doing alright with my meals as well, the exercise has been so-so though. I didn’t go for much of a walk yesterday since the weather was so depressing (-25 c) and today is snow, like wtf it is the end of March. I will be doing some light yoga indoors today but that is all I have planned for now.

Hey guys, just checking in. I have been doing pretty good with this challenge, only had one day where I messed up but immediately got back on track. I have lost 10lbs so far :slight_smile: I will be checking again at the end of the month to see the total weight loss for the 6 weeks. Today is an eat day for me and I am looking forward to having a nice big salad with some almonds on it yummy.

The past few days I have been noticing my skin feels and looks so much better, I am loving that side effect.

Today it is blowing snow can you belive that bs yuck, but even that can not get me down. I have had a super productive day today. I have accomplished more today that I have been able to do in a very long time and I feel so happy and grateful for this group.
I have been completely on track with this challenge and have lost at least ten pounds so far, likely more but I promised myself I would not look again until the end of the month.
I hope everyone else is doing well. Thank you @Yasemin for starting this challenge it is exactly the kick in the butt I needed right now.

Jumpstart loss of 20+ kgs gained in my 5-year postgraduate program

I am way behind everyone else, just 44 hours in, and was fatigued (so napped when I could last two days), yet energetic enough to walk on treadmill and type/read for school today (going 1 MPH). Using a fasting app (I keep clicking still fasting to keep going) for women and this amazing forum to stay motivated!
