Hi all, after eating unmindfully for 2 months and gaining back all the weight lost and even more from previous water fasting, I am starting my 30 day water fasting today. I have not been able to cross 1 day for the last few times. Hoping to be able to go on this time at least . Looking for some daily chats and updates to keep myself motivated.

As for me, I am preparing to officially start tomorrow as its Sunday morning here. I will be taking my pictures today, Iāve already gotten my wall calendars together. I love the sticky note idea though as itās something tangible to do each day. I too have an outfit that I just purchased that I would love to be able to fit inā¦maybe Iāll use that too as a tangible goal. I will also officially write my main why and print it out for myself to see each morning in the mirror. I have my fasting apps already to go. I will also go out to the health store to pick up the supplements recommended on this forum. Iām super hyped!
Right now, Iām just having black coffee with MTC oil and will juice some apples for breakfast. I think my last meal tonight will be another juice (maybe orange) as I will abstain from solids today.

Going to put an update here. Same feed as yesterday minus a cup of coffee with cream, yet I feel very different as I took a walk this morning. Wondering how much is mental & how much is physical as after all, its but 8 hours into day 1. You would think the body would be treating it until tomorrow like its just another OMAD day but nopeā¦Iāve had 4 bowel movements since last night and yes, that is unusual. Now, some of that may be attributable to no āsolidsā persay yesterday. But 4 times? I felt the need for a stroll but felt lethargic during it. I had not hydrated at all yet today which after all my digestive activity, I definitely should have, including electrolytes. Whoops. Anyway its interesting as I āfeelā knee deep into the fast. Lol.

Iām 10 hours into my fast, no thought of food as I already had more than enough food before I started. Its 11.23 pm, will be hitting the bed soon.
And what am I doing right now? Cooking! Lol. For post fast. I had some leftover eggs, whipping cream which were going to expire soonā¦rather than throw them out as I almost did I cooked up a pound of lean ground meat, browned, mixed in some keto taco seasoning I had leftover and mixed some eggs whipping cream, shredded cheese together and poured over the ground meat in a small baking pan. Then for a finishing touch, I had a bag of pork rinds (zero carb!) Ground some up fine and sprinkled on top. Bake at 350 until firm (Iām thinking it will be about 20 minutes) 10 minute prep & keto taco casserole! Iāll get at least 2 meals out of it, maybe 3 and its perfectly fine to freeze. Serve with 14% sour cream and preferred veggies. Delicious!
