I have asked two doctors if i can do a water fast which both doctors have told me it’s not something they are willing to support me in. Has anyone gone against what the doctor has told them and done a fast anyway and where you successful with reversing type 2 diabetes?
I would really like to do a fast but worried i get low in sugars… should i do a fast or not do a fast if i don’t have docs approval?
Would you do a fast regardless of docs advice?

Check out Dr Jason Fung on YouTube, he has a lot of info on fasting for diabetes and he also has books for fasting. Do some research and then decide. Take care.
