What threw you off fast last time?

I’ve been throw off my fast before because of good deals on grocery items on sale. I have seen deals and then go buy stuff and get off it. Like Tillamook ice cream or Haggen Daz on sale, blackberries, ribs, steak, etc. Having a dog around for a while didn’t help either when the spoiled dog started begging that was an excuse for me to cook ribs and share some with the dog.

Having a entire bag of peanuts or walnuts in the pantry was also a problem for me because I went right to it when I got hungry. No chocolates or cheese around either.

This time I don’t have a pet around and all the nuts and fruits non-existent and I could care less what is on sale at the grocery store because not gonna look at the ads or buy anything.

It takes a true trooper to be able to do that and repeat each moment of the day for the length of desired fast. Good on you, mate!!
