What Should People Who Can't Water Fast Due To A Medical Condition Do?

I’ve read that those with like hypoglycemia for instance, or high blood pressure, should not water fast. (This page has a list of health conditions which they argue make it bad for a person to do water fasts: https://www.wikihow.com/Perform-a-Water-Fast)

What are these people supposed to do instead?

(High blood pressure wasn’t listed on that list, correct me if I’m wrong about if that’s a condition which would prevent one from fasting, because I thought fasting might be good for blood pressure)

When I began my journey I had the following metabolic diseases: T2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, gout and CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). I started on August 9th last year. 4 months and 5 days later I was officially declared “medication free.” The only medical condition I have left is CKD and that showed positive improvements. Since I eliminated the 2 primary causes of CKD, T2 diabetes and hypertension, it should only be a matter of time.

I overcame a skeptical primary doctor which turned out to be a blessing, because I connected with an endocrinologist at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California who was interested in the benefits of I.F. (Intermittent Fasting) for his clientele of T2 diabetics and cancer patients,
