What’s the longest weight plateau you experienced during your longest fast?
Weight Plateaus
I have not yet experienced a weight plateau and I do not want to experience it, but I would like to know why it is given and for how long can this be? I would also like to know if there are tools to leave this area. Does anyone have an idea of it?
I created it a new topic and asked Yaz and the entire community to see if there are any answers.
