Hi there. I’m new. I am on day 11 today, the first week I lost lots of weight, started on Monday and the next Monday I weighed 7kg down. Was amazing. But since then I weighed 0.2kg higher and maintained that for 2 days, and now I went 0.4kg higher. So the 2nd week is not showing me any weight loss. Really feeling demotivated. Loved getting on the scale everyday and see the scale move in the right direction.
Last night I had a cappuccino as I felt as if I was gona black out, but that was that. It was around 70 calories though. But that was that.
Anyone else going thru the same. Please advise.
