Does anyone have any tips for such severe water weight regain after water fasting? How to reduce this? I know I’m eating very low calorie and low carb, but it’s so frustrating to look like you did before the fast so quickly (within a two weeks). Anyone else relate or have ideas? Thanks so much!
You pose a really important question. So my initial thought was to ask you, What was your Refeed Plan after your fast? And, what was your plan after Refeed? Also, do you or did you take any water pills?
